Ask for a room from the back side of the hotel not front part
Pros:

The breakfast was very good ,the internal part of the hotel is not so new ,we guess that they just cover the external side of the hotel and from the photos the hotel looks like brand new..Anyway ,the location was good ,it was very close to the center and the lady (with brown long hair ) in the reception was a super woman ,she helped us with everything with a smile on her face so I can suggest this hotel. No parking problem and if you have a pet ,there is a very very big park at the back of the hotel ...We were with our dog ,the pet owners pls ask a room with garden but not from the front side of the hotel as the rooms are on the main street and there is no AC inside the room so when you open the window you may suffer of noise .. Generally it was good ,i may return to this hotel ..We liked it

Cons:

The hotel is on the main street and there is no AC inside the room so during summer ,you need to open the window and its not possible to close your eyes because that is the main road between the valleys and its super busy. Do if your room is on the main street ,pls get ready for the sleepless night. First night we had to resist but the the other morning the lady in the reception helped us ,she was super understanding and sweet heart :)

Sempre una garanzia
Pros:

Ormai è il terzo anno che veniamo qui al Bepy Hotel.
Sicuramente torneremo anche l’anno prossimo, pulizia nulla da dire, struttura sempre molto accogliente, anche con i cani!

Cons:

Da tre anni a questa parte, qualità e scelta per la colazione diminuita.. peccato perché le torte fatte da voi sono spettacolari. Ci vorrebbe un po più di salato

Pros:

Offerta ottima per 3 persone: 1 camera da quattro, 1 notte di luglio + abbondante colazione+ tassa di soggiorno a soli 105 euro ,in struttura accoglienza e pulita,
comodo per il parcheggio annesso o appena vicino libero con possibilità di bancomat.
La struttura mi è stata suggerito da un amico che viaggia parecchio.

Net hotel dichtbij wandelgebied
Pros:

Schoon hotel, nette kamer, goed ontbijt, aardig personeel, dichtbij wandelgebieden.

Cons:

Kamers hebben geen airco, in zomer heel warm. De helft van de kamers ligt aan een doorgaande weg, waar dag en nacht verkeer rijdt. Giustino zelf heeft nauwelijks voorzieningen. Wel dichtbij Pinzolo stadje met van alles.
