the best employees. they helped us with everything we needed, always with a smile on their faces. they made our stay much more beautiful. if you want to visit the Alsace area this place is a very good base from which to easily reach all the wonderful villages

Le restaurant. La chambre climatisée.
Les serviettes et peignoirs fournis pour l'espace spa.
La chambre n'était pas directement dans l’hôtel avec la piscine et le spa mais dans une petite maison 200 m plus loin.
La chambre m'a semblé plus petite que sur les photos.
Cerca de Colmar.ñ y más barato que alojarse allí.
La chambre était spacieuse et calme.
Les clés sont à chercher dans l'hôtel situé un peu plus loin. Il n'était pas mentionné qu'il s'agissait en fait d'une dépendance de l'hôtel. Les petits déjeuners étaient à prendre à l'hôtel et non à la dépendance où se situent les chambres et il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude pour la douche. Un problème technique paraît-il, mais aucune excuse à la réception. J'aurais aimé qu'on me téléphone pour me mettre au courant ou qu'on me fasse un petit geste commercial, mais rien de tout cela. En conclusion, j'ai payé une prestation qui n'a pas existé. Dommage.

L'amabilité et les sourires du personnel, cuisine délicieuse, belle décoration intérieure !
