Bon hotel mais qui n’est pas 5 etoiles
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bon. La propreté y est au rendez-vous. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Le massage y est également excellent, sans dout l’un des meilleurs que j’ai fait dans les hotels.

Cons:

Le plus gros porblème est que des personne étrangères à l’hôtel puissent venir dans l’espace piscine et ce à un prix très abordable, cela conduit à un climat très bas de gamme. On aurait dit un hotel bon marché. Nous ne sommes plus allés à la piscine. Aussi, les salles de bain des chambres sont basiques et pas à la hauteur d’un 5 etoiles. En outre, l’insonorisation est catastrophique, on entend les bruits de la rue ainsi que des cris dans le couloir à 4h du matin. Nous en avons informe la réception qui n’a rien fait.

Cons:

Non ci hanno dato da subito la stanza che avevamo prenotato ma un downgrade. Inaspettatamente rumorosa nonostante il 19 piano. Nella prima stanza assegnata il frigo era stato svuotato.
