Amazing, 100% would stay again
Pros:

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. W Kuala Lumpur truly lives up to its “Whatever/Whenever” promise. Every member of staff from housekeeping to the front desk and concierge was consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help.

The facilities and amenities are exactly what you’d expect from a true five star hotel. The room itself was exceptional, but the standout feature was the lighting system. It was intuitive, modern, and made the room feel incredibly comfortable. More hotels should adopt a system like this.

Every detail of the stay exceeded expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur

Kuala Lumpur centric, great location and ambience!
Pros:

The atmosphere, the breakfast, the attention, staff amability! This place made my experience in KR quite unique

Cons:

No washing machine? And pricing for washing was absolutely out of logic

Good vibe, convenience, friendly staff, clean

Cons:

They have renovation and drilling, big noise, I would not book it if I know there were renovation undergoing.
Also, not sure it is Malaysia is like these or just the hotel, I order room service once, eat at the restaurant once, and order food at the pool once during my stay, the food preparation time is super slow. Minimum 45 mins from order to ready, and we just order I.e burger, bolognese for the kids. Not sure why it take so long. I have to say bad restaurant experience.

Cons:

Booked 2 identical rooms identical dates identical prices on booking.com and somehow magically got charged difference rates. Only found out later when I checked the printed receipt on my way to the airport. I called they immediately said they’ll return the difference but still haven’t. I hope that was an innocent mistake otherwise always check!

We stayed for a special occasion, and they gave us a wonderful upgrade. The entire staff is attentive and caring. They make you feel truly pampered. The breakfast is outstanding. A hotel I would definitely recommend.

Superbe service ! Excellent hôtel !
Pros:

La chambre est très agréable, un très joli design et des equipments de très bonne qualité. Chaque membre du personnel est aux petits soins . Toujours un mot d’accueil à l arrivée à l hôtel, et dans chaque lieux ils s assurent à chaque instant que tout va bien. La vue sur les petronas depuis la piscine est magique et encore plus le soir ! Très bonne ambiance musicale le soir au wet deck, excellent petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix y compris dans les jus de fruits frais, les œufs Benedict sont excellents aussi. Très bon service au Flock aussi le midi. Un emplacement à proximité immédiate des Twin petronas idéal pour aller voir le spectacle aux Fontaines du Klcc le soir.

Cons:

Beaucoup d attente à chaque commande au Wet deck, tant la journée que le soir .
