Pros:

The expensive room with the Petronas Twin Towers view and the swimming pool.

Cons:

Everything else was terrible. Without the view, it’s just a massively overpriced rip-off hotel where nothing else is worth the money.

We had a very good stay at W Hotel will come back again.
Pros:

Very posh. The Twin tower just nearby Hotel. Staff are very nice especially to Brenda, shes very nice and always happy to assist.

The views were amazing from the pool. Straight at the Towers. At night it looks so amazing as well. The breakfast was fantastic too. The staff were wonderful. Beautiful and clean.

Very nice overall.

Location, room and view

Cons:

Lunch at Flock and employee response to our concerns. Also, our suite wasn’t ready until 5pm because previous guest decided for a very late check out which should not have become our inconvenience
