Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la habitación y la atención de la chica de recepción.

Cons:

La bañera de la habitación tenía moho, el balneario no está mal aunque es pequeño y le hacen falta algunos arreglos.

No sé cómo puede tener 4 estrellas las instalaciones está todo descuidado, nada insonorizado se escucha todo de las demás habitaciones el desayuno muy normalito y el spa muy pequeño.

Vacaciones hotel balneario orduña
Pros:

El trato del personal , del hotel en concreto juan carlos muy profesional y agradable, dispuesto a hacernos sentir como en casa.
Y el personal del los masajes, tanto oiana, ana y juanma, geniales y totalmente recomendable.
Orduña muy acojedor y muy bien comunicado.

A nivel del hotel hay cosas para mejorar, para ser un 4 estrellas.
Habitaciones con poca iluminacion, suelos de moqueta anticuado y cortinas en los armarios en vez de puertas, desayuno con poca variedad y muy repetitivo.

Emplacement calme de l'hôtel, autour d'une belle place de la petite ville, avec aussi une belle église qui donne sur cette place.

Dans certaines chambres du 3éme et dernier étage, le bruit des groupes frigorifiques de la clim générale de l'hôtel, situé sur le toit au-dessus de ces chambres.
