해운대 해변과의 위치, 방 크기, 세탁기있는점, 전자레인지 있는점, 일층에 편의점 큰거 있는점, 방음 나쁘지 않음

베개피 너무 누래요. 새베개에 입술자국 있고 머리카락 있었음;; 바닥도 샤워하고 나와서 조금 걸으면 발 까매짐..
엘베가 멍청함 둘다 위로 가버리고 일층에서 사람들 많이 기다리는데 한대는 지하에서부터 그냥 지나쳐서 올라감

Pros:

立地がとても良かったです
大きく考えるとXザスカイの斜め向かいでしたビーチまでもすぐで近くにはコンビニもあります
たまたまちょっとだけオーシャンビューでした
コンドミニアムなので冷蔵庫が大きく200リットルくらいの冷凍冷蔵庫が付いています
夏なので水を冷凍して持ち歩いたりするのに便利でしたクローゼットも大きかったので
トランクをそのまま入れておけたので滞在中部屋で移動することなく良かったですよ

Cons:

建物の看板が地味で分かりづらいです
よく見たらちゃんと書いてあったのに
見つけられませんでした
温水ボイラーは各部屋個々らしく間違えてスイッチを押したのかシャワー途中から水になったりしました
部屋ごとに経営者が違うようでした
他の方にあるようにエレベーターが2台しかなく混むということでしたが
時間帯で私たちは不便がありませんでした

Super close to the beach and walking distance for all our desires. I appreciated the apartment style layout

Cons:

A little confusing to navigate due to the hotel being seperated into two buildings made up of five other hotels. Guest services helped but we struggled on the first try
