Pros:

Location next to station

Cons:

Grotty rooms. Carpet and soft furniture look filthy and need a steam clean or replacement. Rooms are very hot!! Air con unpredictable.

Le lieu et l’hôtel était magnifique.

Cons:

L'accueil... avec un grand sourire à notre arrivée par une fille a la réception qui nous a demandé nos passeports et là, nous pensons que lorsqu'elle a vu nos passeports "français" cela ne lui a pas plus. Elle nous a mal parlé, et balancé méchamment un formulaire à remplir et à signer. Nous demandant d’en signer un autre pour la garantie au cas ou l’on détérirorerait ou casserait quelque chose dans la chambre. Sur le ton où elle l’a dit, c’est comme si NOUS, les français, on cassait, volait des affaires !
Son vollegue un homme a sui je me suis faite confirmer le numéro de chambre m’a très mal répondu aussi. Ça nous a glacé le moral. Jusqu'ici le voyage en Corée s'était bien passé. Buzan était la fin des vacances. On en garde un mauvais souvenir par cette humiliation honteuse.

En salle de restaurant, pour le petit déjeuner comme pour le dîner, le personnel rechigne à inscrire les montants des consommations sur la note de la chambre. Manque de compréhension du besoin du client, de flexibilité et de politesse de la part de maître d'hôtel au restaurant le dimanche soir. A confondu sa propre efficacité avec "qualité de service". Point signalé à l'hôtel.

최고의 위치와 넓은 객실
Pros:

위치가 최고입니다. 부산역 바로 옆에 있어 거의 역과 붙어 있다고 느껴질 정도입니다. 체크아웃 후 호텔에 짐을 맡기고 다른 일정을 소화한 뒤, 짐을 찾아 바로 부산역으로 이동할 수 있어 정말 편리했습니다.
객실도 넓어서 쾌적하고 편하게 머물 수 있었습니다.

Cons:

객실 크기에 비해 샤워실은 약간 좁은 편이었습니다. 특히 샤워실 구석과 세면대에 검은 곰팡이가 조금 보여 청결 관리가 살짝 아쉬웠습니다.
전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었지만, 욕실 위생에 조금 더 신경 써주면 좋겠습니다.

Great stay
Pros:

The staff was helpful and their hospitality in English was also very good. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. I love the fact the sink is outside of the toilet and shower room. The staff handled complaints very well and were professional to keep customers happy.

The hotel is in a very convenient location it's across from Busan station and to the subway for easy access. It's next to an old "Chinatown" but now it's more of a "Russian town,"

Cons:

The rooms with bath tubs have very strange drainage arrangements. Because it's against the wall the water will bounce off the wall and run along the side and purposely drain to the floor (there is a horizontal drain on the floor to catch it.

Also due to humidity and stagnant rooms some flying gnats were found but they offer other rooms for the remainder of the stay.
