Good apart from the hot water.
Pros:

Good location, right next to Pub Street and Riverside Night Market.
Not far from Angkor Wat and others.
The free breakfast is very good.

Cons:

The hot water is not constant, it comes and goes.
It can get annoying while taking shower.

Good choice
Pros:

I stayed here for two nights. It's not the first time I've stayed at a hotel of this brand. This time I wasn't disappointed either. The room was quite large, very clean, the bed comfortable. There is a large TV in the room (I don't use the TV when I travel, I'm not interested), a small fridge, a safe. The air conditioning worked well, as did the Wi-Fi. The bathroom was very clean.
The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very kind, they speak English.
The breakfast was good, varied, nothing to complain about.

Cons:

The tiles in the shower were very slippery.

posizione centrale, colazione buona e il ristorante di buona qualità con personale di sala molto gentile

qualità prezzo bassa, la camera superior è una truffa dato che è uguale alla standard solo che inteoria si affaccia sulla strada e non interna sarebbe quindi più corretto dirla cone standard vista città inoltre la mia camera aveva un afinestra minuscola di e quindi inutile.Quando ho chiesto al personale mi hanno risposto in modo molto scontroso e negativo

Absolutamente todo!
El Hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta(frente al Nigth market, del mercado antiguo, Pub Street, restaurantes, etc.).
La atención del personal es maravillosa (llegamos antes y nos dieron una habitación sin costo adicinal).
La habitación y las instalaciones son extraordinarias (piscina, restaurante, etc)
Totalmente recomendable

Pros:

A very pleasant experience. The place was clean and very welcoming. The restaurant is also very good. Buffet breakfast had limited but a good selection of food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Ideally located and close to basic amenities.

Nothing to dislike.
