I didn’t stay on the premises
Cons:

I booked through booking.com via the internet. Though because my age was not added, when I arrived, in the instructions on the check in, they said that only over the age of 25 is allowed to stay. With that I was not legally allowed to stay under their insurance. I asked for my money back and they did not honour this request and still took my money, even though I wasn’t even allowed to check in.
