Where to start, I was told on my booking.com app that there would be no extra charges, this wasn’t true as the property asked for a £50 deposit on the day of check in. I was texted from a number that has been flagged as being related to scams. Upon arrival there was no support since they were demanding a deposit which we were unwilling to pay due to the shadiness of the entire thing. The property was advertised as having private facilities, which we found to be untrue, all bathrooms and showers were communal.
The location,I have been in the property more than 3 times.safe and quiet and enough parking.
The room need more cleaning,pillow are no longer white but good colour it’s mean the red to wash them pillows not only changed the pillowcases!! And room more dusting clean needed!! The rest are perfect 👍.good communication with stuff and friendly service😊.

I walked into the room and there was a really bad smell. I messaged the staff to let the cleaners know to clean the oven. The next day I saw the cleaner she was not informed of the oven cleaning, even though the management said they would mention to them. She opened the oven to discover pieces of rotten chicken and flies. I was sick!
What a bad experience. I booked two rooms; the entry code was incorrect, and the downstairs bathroom had hair everywhere, insects, and was generally dirty. There was no iron or fan, and it was very hot. I’ve stayed in other places, but I wouldn't recommend this one; you wash your hands with the tiny amount of liquid soap provided, and they expect you to use that same soap to shower. I messaged the property, and they said it was the only soap they had. I simply DO NOT RECOMMEND it.

It was close to the airport.
I didn't like the place because I never got on the inside.
I went there 10:45pm, rang the doorbell and knocked several times, nobody answered until 15 mins later.
It was another guest that was staying there. The owners weren't present at the place.
When I called to get the key for my room the only way I could get it is if I paid a £50 deposit which was not stated until after I called the owner. They sent me the link to pay the deposit AFTER the check in time was closed.
I didn't have anywhere else to go so I slept outside and wasn't given a refund.
This is unacceptable. Waste of money and I want a refund for this horrible experience.
The room was clean. But there was no air conditioning, fan, only window being open. It was like a sweat box.

I was unable to stay because the host did not respond when I arrived, and I had to wait for a long time with no alternative contact number available. The host also requested an unexpected security deposit that was not disclosed in the booking details.
