Do not book this place.
Pros:

It was close to the airport.

Cons:

I didn't like the place because I never got on the inside.
I went there 10:45pm, rang the doorbell and knocked several times, nobody answered until 15 mins later.
It was another guest that was staying there. The owners weren't present at the place.
When I called to get the key for my room the only way I could get it is if I paid a £50 deposit which was not stated until after I called the owner. They sent me the link to pay the deposit AFTER the check in time was closed.
I didn't have anywhere else to go so I slept outside and wasn't given a refund.
This is unacceptable. Waste of money and I want a refund for this horrible experience.

It's ok.
Pros:

The room was clean. But there was no air conditioning, fan, only window being open. It was like a sweat box.

Cons:

The separate toilet and bathroom.

I was unable to stay because the host did not respond when I arrived, and I had to wait for a long time with no alternative contact number available. The host also requested an unexpected security deposit that was not disclosed in the booking details.

If your in that area it’s a good place to stay, I will be going to stay there again
Pros:

The place was clean and location was great street was quiet and good parking outside lovely restaurant 2 minute walk away with great food, could not ask for any better for where I was working

Cons:

Other guess making a lot of noise coming in the middle of the night banging doors and that you can hear everything I was getting woke up at all hours of the night, bedding could do with a upgrade my pillows and duvet where well ready for the bin

Pros:

Spacious rooms.

Cons:

Very small windows in the rooms (0 airflow) , heatwave , no fans = death
Washing machine didn't work/ nothing to hang washing on to dry clothes

That's all.

Mainly just the heat.

High cost of transport to the airport. Transfers cost as much as accommodation.
Pros:

Clean room with basic facilities.

Cons:

Advertised free transfers to airport but this was not correct. Didn't clearly explain that there was shared bathroom facilities

Good location and VFM
Pros:

Good location.. remember they will send you a code to enter but relatively simple instructions. Shared toilet but ok. No staff so just follow instructions. Best thing is The Pheasant pub across the road. Good friendly staff and good menu range.

Cons:

If you want a hotel type place this is not for you. If you want a bed close to airport it is for you.
