A beautiful stay in a perfect location!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was clean, beautifully arranged and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the city center and literally right in front of the metro station, which made getting around Barcelona so easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend this place!

En un mot...parfait!
Pros:

Emplacement accessible avec la ligne de métro juste en bas de l'hôtel et qui dessert l'hyper centre en quelques stations. Les Ramblas sont à 12min à pied et Monjuic à 15min. Beaucoup de restaurants et bars autour.
Le petit déjeuner en courtoisie est le bienvenu et amplement suffisant. L'hôtel et les chambres sont joliment décorés, tout juste rénovées. Literie et salle de bain impeccable. Le personnel à la réception est très aimable et disponible.

I could not get hot water for the shower. Maybe it was a high demand time. I had to catch an 9:00 flight

It's hard to say what I liked most, because everything was perfect. The location, centrally located and close to the metro station. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Free morning refreshments and access to water at all times.

Clean Vibes and Helpful Staff
Pros:

The property was very clean as they had just recently renovated so everything was fresh as you could get. The staff were extremely helpful and nice especially Rocio and Diana

Cons:

The curtain rods weren’t completely secure so they fell off twice during our stay when trying to open/close which ended up hitting me in the head and knocking my over the vase of flowers.

Місцерозташування, сніданок, персонал

Cons:

Ремонт, відкрити балкон просто нереально зранку і вдень. Але це не проблема готелю. Вони дають бірюші.

Fantastic
Pros:

It’s well connected, the metro station and bus stop, makes our stay easy to move around the city. I love that it has a veranda/terrace but I didn’t enjoy it much due to the ongoing construction around the area.

None that I can remember 😉

Pros:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and really did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were even given a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise and a very nice touch. Overall, a good experience and we appreciated the hospitality.

Cons:

On the downside, the room didn’t quite match the photos and could do with some renovation. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water one morning, so we had to take a cold shower. The surrounding area isn’t particularly clean, and there is construction work nearby, which can be quite noisy.
