Pros:

Die Zimmer und das Bad waren neuwertig. Die Lage sehr zentral um zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu gehen.
Das Frühstück war so wie man ein Standard-Frühstück erwartet.

Cons:

Es ist unmöglich in einem Zweibettzimmer nur eine Decke anzubieten. Man kann nicht immer davon ausgehen dass Paare übernachten, sondern auch Freunde oder Arbeitskollegen. Mit denen möchte man sich keine Bettdecke teilen!
Das völlig überhitzte Zimmer (28 Grad) konnte nicht runter gekühlt werden, da die Klimaanlage auf der stärksten Stufe sehr schwach war, und sich nach 45 Minuten ausgeschaltet hat. Mehrmals musste man nachts aufstehen und die Anlage erneut anschalten, was letztendlich wenig gebracht hat. Dabei war bei dieser Sommerhitze die Klimaanlage ein Buchungsgrund, der leider entfallen ist.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß, dennoch hat man mit Möbeln gespart. Lediglich ein paar öffenene regale, und eine Kleiderstange mit 4 Kleiderbügeln. Wer zu zweit mehrere Tage bleibt, der lebt quasi aus dem Koffer.
In der Hotelbeschreibung steht Parkplätze an der Straße. Es gibt gegenüberliegend eine handvoll Parkplätze, die aber ständig belegt sind. Das ein nahegelegenes Parkhaus renoviert wird, wurde erst nach Buchung mitgeteilt. So kamen nur andere Parkhäuser in Frage (zwischen 18 und 21 Euro Tagesgebühr) die zwischen 10 und 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar sind (was mit Gepäck nicht einfach ist). Aber das ist der Nachteil der eigentlich guten zentralen Lage.
Im Bad nervte die offene Dusche, mit der das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt wurde.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt trotz brütender Hitze dank guter Klimatisierung

Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt, sehr modern, bis auf die Hotelflure und der Fahrstuhl komplett klimatisiert, sehr sauber, gute Bar mit akzeptablen Preisen, freundliches Personal, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
