Dormi super bem com a cama muito boa e travesseiros também . Achei super espaçoso o quarto . Só fica devendo alguns detalhes de cuidado e manutenção no banheiro e alguns móveis …

Meu chuveiro nao funcionava, estava entupido e sujo. A água também não escorria pelo ralo.
Ou seja tive uma boa noite , pois a cama é muito boa … já o banheiro ficou devendo demais . Limpeza e manutenção.

Good location, staff friendly, bedroom clean and tidy, good value for money
Bathroom had a lot of black mould in the corners and the aircon was leaking onto the floor

I had a wonderful stay at Odyssee Hotel in Casablanca! The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent hospitality. The rooms are comfortable, modern, and well-maintained, making the stay very pleasant.
The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was excellent, and I truly appreciated the warm welcome and attention to detail.
The location is also very convenient for exploring Casablanca. Everything was well organized, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay.
I would definitely recommend Odyssee Hotel Casablanca to anyone visiting the city. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. I look forward to staying here again!
Room was acceptable and clean.
The check in staff did not seem like they want to be there. Breakfast - Around 100 other guests in the small dining room when I went to breakfast. They had taken over the whole room, rude, pushing their way around, grabbing at food. There was very little food for me to select from and no tea/coffee, cutlery nor a seat for me to sit. I asked staff if there was more food and hot drinks to come out. They seemed reluctant to bring more, but did so after a 5-10 min wait. I waited patiently. Once restocked, the food/drinks were very quickly snatched up by the other people. I eventually got a pastry and coffee, found a seat. I wanted more food and had to get up from my chair - leaving my drink bottle and plate to indicate I was coming back. Within 1 minute my seat was taken, waiter clearing my plate/full water bottle. I insisted that my water bottle be put back and that my seat was given back to me.
The guests were clearly in a large group and not their fault that they were rude, pushy and downright disrespectful to other solo or smaller group guests. Obviously a culture thing from their country - so rude.
My complaint is that the hotel staff did nothing to assist in making sure ALL guests had an enjoyable breakfast without having to endure the rudeness of the large group. Not enough food to cater for the crowd. Very poorly managed by hotel staff with zero help to the minority guests who also paid for and expected breakfast.
Staff should have provided an area for minority guests to eat in peace without being over run by a bunch of rude tourists.
Could not leave this hotel fast enough and I needed to use the lift to get down to the lobby. Only 1 working lift and I had to wait round 15 - 20 mins to get from my floor to the ground floor (with luggage so stairs not an option). Lobby was now full of the rude tourists and I had to walk around them, as they had no awareness of themselves. Hotel staff should have managed this area...
I had a wonderful stay at Odyssee Center Hotel in Casablanca. Everything was excellent, from the warm welcome to the professional and attentive service throughout my stay.
The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and pleasant, and the location is very convenient for exploring Casablanca.
What impressed me most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and always ready to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
I truly appreciated the quality of service and the attention given to guests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca, whether for business or leisure.
