الموقع ممتاز جدا جدا
كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق مختلفة عن تجربتي السابقة، وللأسف لم تكن بالمستوى الذي اعتدته. يبدو أن هناك تراجعًا ملحوظًا في مستوى الخدمة وجودة المرافق مقارنة بزيارتي السابقة.
في المقابل، أود الإشادة بموظفي الاستقبال، فقد كانوا في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، وتعاملهم كان ممتازًا طوال فترة الإقامة.
أما بالنسبة للغرف، فقد كانت التجربة دون التوقعات. في الغرفة الأولى (205) لم تكن الثلاجة موجودة، وكان السرير غير مريح إطلاقًا، بالإضافة إلى أن التلفاز لم يكن يعمل. وبعد طلب تغيير الغرفة، أصبح التلفاز يعمل وكان السرير أفضل، إلا أن الثلاجة في الغرفة الجديدة(220)كانت معطلة أيضًا.
كما أن الإفطار يحتاج إلى تحسين، سواء من حيث تنوع الأصناف أو جودة الخدمة. الخيارات المتاحة كانت محدودة، كما أن إعداد بيض الأومليت كان يستغرق وقتًا طويلًا، مما تسبب في انتظار غير مبرر.
آمل أن تتم معالجة هذه الملاحظات، لأن الفندق يمتلك مقومات ممتازة، وقد سبق لي الإقامة فيه وكانت التجربة آنذاك رائعة. أتمنى أن يستعيد المستوى الذي عُرف به سابقًا.
My stay at this hotel was quite different from my previous visit, and unfortunately, it did not meet the standard I had experienced before. There appears to have been a noticeable decline in both the quality of service and the condition of the facilities compared to my last stay.
On the positive side, I would like to commend the reception staff. They were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
As for the room, it fell short of expectations. The first room (205) did not have a refrigerator, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the television was not working. After requesting a room change, the television worked and the bed was much more comfortable; however, the refrigerator in the new room was also not functioning.
The breakfast also needs improvement, both in terms of variety and service. The selection was limited, and the chef took a considerable amount of time to prepare omelets, resulting in unnecessary waiting.

Posizione ottima, staff disponibile e gentile. La struttura in sé è moderna e carina
Le colazioni… devo dire che per un 4 stelle, la colazione è discutibile, il cibo non era fresco, abbiamo passato lì due notti e onestamente sembrava dei giorni prima. La persona che è stata con me è stata male poco dopo aver mangiato la colazione il giorno della nostra partenza, io fortunatamente ho evitato l’incidente non facendo colazione quella mattina.

清潔感だけはあった
二重予約されており問い合わせても無料キャンセルができなかった。しかも、着いたら予約されてないと待たされて予約がわかったら、カードキーとドアが壊れた部屋を案内され、開かず修理を呼ぶ羽目になった。
翌朝、その件で二重予約した一室分は返金を求めたが
あまりにもホテル側の対応が悪かった。仕事中はガムを噛まないで接客してほしい。
