Good room for a fair price.
Pros:

Nice view from my room and the self check in was relatively easy. Great location some 5 mins from the Hauptmarkt or 10 mins from the Train station . The room was clean and tidy and my room had a bit of a view of the Porta Nigra itself.

Cons:

The room was sweltering hot during my stay and unfortunately the provided tower fan in the room was faulty.

Un hotel modesto in posizione eccellente
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel, davanti alla Porta Nigra, è molto comoda. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Ho alloggiato nella Superior Double Room, situata in un edificio separato, accessibile dal cortile interno dell'hotel. La stanza non era poi così grande, ma c'era tutto ciò che serviva. Colazione a buffet non troppo ricco, ma buono.

Cons:

La camera era al terzo e ultimo piano, accessibile unicamente tramite sccala di metallo esterna, dunnque non adatta a chi ha problemi di deambulazione o porta valigie pesanti. Il problema principale è che la stanza è in diretto collegamento con quella al piano di sotto (c'è una scala interna nella casa), perciò si sentono voci e rumori provenienti dal piano sottostante! A me non ha dato fastidio, perchè sono stato una sola notte e non ho difficioltà a prendere sonno, ma immagino possa essere estremamente problematico per alcune persone. Inoltre il pavimento del bagno e della camera avrebbero dovuto essere un po' più puliti.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches, kompetentes und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, aber ein wenig langweilig. Kaffeemaschine war super. Das Reinigungspersonal arbeitete hervorragend. Das ganze Haus macht da ein modernen erfrischenden Eindruck. Sehr erfreut waren wir über die angebotenen Parkplätze. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht zu toppen.

Cons:

Für ein Komfort Doppelzimmer war unser Zimmer Nummer 11 viel zu klein und zu eng. Das ist eher etwas für sehr junge Leute, aber nicht für Erwachsene jenseits der 70.
Das einzige (!) Fenster war winzig, und da es sich um ein Dach-Zimmer handelte, war der kleine Raum auch noch permanent komplett aufgeheizt durch die sommerliche Hitze, und Klimaanlagen benutzen wir grundsätzlich nur tagsüber.

Cons:

Code gesteuerte Türen funktionierten schlecht. Mussten jemand abends anrufen, um aufs Zimmer zu komme. E-Batterien sollten auf Zimmer geladen werden. Ebike standen auf nem Hof. Zimmerbentzung zu spät. Servicekräfte schien überfordert.

Geweldig!
Pros:

De locatie van dit hotel is geweldig. Dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden. Ontbijt is goed, ruime keus en alles wordt op tijd aangevuld.

Cons:

In de badkamer bevindt zich ook het toilet. Als je met meerdere personen bent is dat soms lastig.

Dichtbij centrum
Pros:

Lekker dicht bij het centrum, prima kamer. Wel warm, omdat het buiten 37 graden was overdag. Ze hadden wel een ventilator neergezet. Er staat in de tekst dat er parkeerplaatsen zijn bij de accommodatie, maar bij aankomst was deze al vol. We hebben moeten parkeren aan de overkant bij een betaalde parkeergarage. Ontbijt was prima, beetje simpel. We moesten even wachten op de broodjes, die zaten nog in de oven. Meisje moest ook alles alleen doen, receptie, ontbijtbuffet gevuld houden, afruimen, enz.

Cons:

Je moet wel goed ter been zijn, ondanks de lift zijn er toch trappen die genomen moeten worden.
