Otelin konumu ulaşım açısından harikaydı. Çevresinde her şeye ulaşabileceğiniz olanaklar vardı.
Oda çok küçüktü. El yıkamak için lavaboyu tuvaletin dışında konumlandırmışlar. Aşırı dar bir alanda yapmışlar elinizi yüzünüzü yıkarken şekilden şekle giriyorsunuz.
Emplacement idéal au centre ville pour visiter et sortir en club la nuit. La chambre était très petite mais l'essentiel était là. C'était propre et la literie est confortable.
Rien, les limites de la chambre étaient connues d'avance.

The staff overall were very nice and one was extremely helpful actually taking me to the subway And showing me how to get the right train.
There was very little in the way of noise insulation. The first night was ok but the second night was the evening before a holiday and very raucous. This had nothing to do with the hotel, of course, but if there had been double glazing it would have helped. The final night had guests that were so loud, I had to go into the hall to speak with them. They settled for a bit but then began again. I have never done this before. I usually put up with it but this was out of order.
Also, I would have liked it if there was a chair in the room so you didn’t have to always lay on the bed.

The whole building stinks of some cheap room perfume, mixed with the smell of their disgusting rug everywhere. The room was more like sleeping in a public bathroom, with smell of urine. No possibility to open the window so they set up a noisy cheap ventilator. There was a dodgy grey plastic box under the bed, covering strange plugs and a rug filled with holes. I got woken up in the morning by other guests and finally the police...when I opened my room, it reeked of alcohol. No apologies from the staff at checkout. I'm appalled.

Très petite chambre, extérieur un peu bruyant
L'emplacement, les bons de boissons et l'entrée au MAD étaient inclus, c'est cool. Les bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre et le calme.
Nous sommes arrivées à 15h45 et la chambre était prête mais si nous voulions y avoir accès (l'accès était à 17H) nous devions payer 20.- supplémentaire ? Pourquoi si elle est déjà prête? La chambre était très petite pour 2 personnes.
L'emplacement idéal pour visiter Lausanne et les alentours du lac Léman
Le bar de l'hôtel qui est exceptionnel, très beau, et superbe ambiance le soir, le matin également ambiance jazzy calme pour le petit déjeuner
La fenêtre de la chambre qui ne s'ouvre pas, donc dommage pour aérer, mais c'est un moindre mal car on y reste que pour dormir
Buona la posizione dell’hotel e personale alla reception disponibile. Il letto è comodo e, anche se la stanza è piccola, risulta comunque confortevole.
Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso discreto, ma con alcuni aspetti migliorabili, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di un hotel di catena internazionale.
La stanza non è stata rifatta durante il soggiorno e, a colazione, mancavano alcune opzioni ormai abbastanza comuni come il latte vegetale. Inoltre, ho riscontrato qualche difficoltà nella comunicazione con il personale: la ragazza al banco non parlava inglese e, nonostante il mio tentativo di comunicare in francese, non siamo riuscite a capirci.
Per questo motivo ho preferito fare colazione fuori. Infine, venerdì 1 maggio non mi è stato possibile accedere al rooftop, in quanto mi è stato indicato che chiudeva alle 22:00 per decisione del direttore, mentre normalmente l’orario di chiusura è alle 2:00.
Nel complesso, per questi motivi, non ho avuto modo di apprezzare pienamente i servizi offerti dalla struttura.
