Esperienza molto positiva
Pros:

La location e’in aperta campagna, immersa in un paesaggio di ulivi e macchia. A 5 minuti di auto dal meraviglioso mare di Pescoluse, ma abbastanza lontana dal centro abitato da permettere un relax totale. Ovviamente dipende da cosa uno intenda per relax. Per me il silenzio, la natura, la lontananza dal caos sono la condizione necessaria per staccare veramente la spina, e a Volito questo e’possibile. La struttura e’curatissima, le stanze sono pulite e molto meglio nella realtà che nelle fotografie. La piscina e’stupenda, un piccolo angolo di paradiso, anch’essa letteralmente inserita nel paesaggio. Ristorante ottimo, cantina fornita, colazione a buffet varia e ricca di prodotti dolci e salati fatti in casa. Infine, ma non per ultimo, grande cortesia e disponibilità. Consigliatissimo.

Geweldig. Korter kan niet.
Pros:

ALLES! Niks op aan te merken. Overal is over nagedacht. Architect heeft topwerk geleverd tot alle details aan toe. Daarnaast ook mega schoon en simpelweg prachtig. We hebben enorm genoten en komen hier graag terug!

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Le style , le jardin , la piscine , le personnel très à l’écoute et très sympathique et le restaurant , plutôt menu du soir .
En plus ils ont une plage qui dépend du même établissement et où l’on mange aussi très bien .

Top hotel voor rust en ontspanning
Pros:

Mooie kamer, fijn zwembad en handdoeken te krijgen bij de receptie. Heerlijk ontbijt en restaurant was van top kwaliteit. Voor de rust ontspanning en even niets reizigers echt een aanrader!

Cons:

Mocht je wat eenvoudiger willen eten in het restaurant dan zou je moeten reserveren werd ons verteld door een zeer onvriendelijke hoofdober. Iedereen zat spaghetti te eten maar omdat wij niet hadden gereserveerd mochten wij dat niet bestellen. Zeer klantonvriendelijk! Moet wel zeggen dat het gewone menu erg lekker is alleen wel veel en aan de prijs. Daarnaast lag de wifi er tijdens onze twee dagen er regelmatig uit.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Hotelzimmer sehr modern und schön. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Pool und in der Nähe einen wunderschönen Strand. Würde sofort wieder buchen.

Un’oasi nel deserto del Salento.
Pros:

La struttura anche sé piccola è curata in ogni dettaglio, sembra un’oasi nel deserto, perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi. Meravigliosa la Suite consiglio vivamente, la struttura è perfetta anche se avete bambini piccoli il personale è gentile e preparato.

Cons:

Unica pecca per la temperatura dell’acqua della piscina ( troppo fredda ) e il ristorante per quanto riguarda i piatti non ci sono piaciuti i primi.
Nella suite idromassaggio ci metteva ho calcolato 2 ore e 30 a riscaldarsi, e l’aria condizionata dava qualche problema. ( piccoli inconvenienti probabilmente dati dal fatto che la struttura era chiusa nei mesi invernali)

Un super hôtel a faire pour une déconnexion, avec quelques points à améliorer
Pros:

-Magnifique hôtel très agréable, qui donne envie de rester profiter de la piscine quelques heures car l'ambiance est agréable.
-Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, petit défaut de ne pas savoir que l'on peut commander des œufs brouillés, du lait, car on nous propose seulement du café, mais les produits à disposition sont de très bonne qualité et cela vaut les 15e .
-Emplacement déconnectant, vu sur les oliviers, pas de bruit si ce n'est le passage dans l'allée, entre les chambres, des clients qui parlent fort a 8h et 23h mais ça ne dépend pas de l'hôtel .
-La gentillesse de tout le personnel est très agréable.

Cons:

Quelques petites choses à améliorer :
-La communication avec le personnel qui ne parle pas anglais rend les choses plus difficiles pour nous français très certainement ; mais l'absence d'informations sur les activités aux alentours lorsque je l'ai demandé , pourtant plébiscité sur le descriptif de l'hôtel, nous avons dû rechercher par nous même ou demander aux autres clients,
-mettre des bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo de la chambre a 1€50 la bouteille, pour un hôtel de cette gamme ce n'est pas correct. Sur les 7 hôtels faits ce séjour dans les Pouilles, c'est le seul qui faisait payer la bouteille d'eau, et il n'y a pas de fontaine à eau ou autre a disposition, ni café ni thé, il faut prendre une table au restaurant et payer le café j'imagine, ça pourrait améliorer encore plus l'ambiance de l'hôtel de mettre à disposition de l'eau et autres et serait même normal
- un service de lingerie a 10euros le tee shirt....

Beau séjour !
Pros:

Très bel hôtel perdu en pleine nature et proche de Santa Maria di Leuca. La piscine est très belle. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Cons:

Il est possible d’entendre les personnes qui circulent dans l’allée principale si ces dernières parlent fort.
