Pros:

Location was central to the town. The bar in the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was very good as well.

Cons:

Room wasn't as clean as it could have been, and empty plastic coke bottle on the floor behind the curtains. And chocolate wrappers under the bed

Just lovely!
Pros:

Modern Centrally Hotel that delivers above expectations
Pros:

A modern hotel in the centre of Dundalk. Good sized bedrooms at an acceptable price. Parking available at the rear. Breakfast offered a wide range of cereals etc and freshly cooked breakfast served by charming staff

Great for an important meeting and pre meeting
Pros:

Tintu on reception was very helpful and should be commended on her relationship from booking the event over telephone to being present and helpful for all needs required.
Room very hot but this is unusual weather and can’t be helped.

Cons:

No hot water for the shower, specially that the weather has been so worm. TV did not work.
Receptionist, ot looked like she didn't want to be there,very rude with her answers.

rude waitress
Pros:

the room was nice but extremely small.Breakfast was very nice except for the staff a young blonde woman was serving us and was rude not at all polite.I am a coelic and asked for gluten free toast.The waitress just said “okay” and arrived back to the table with bread that was not toasted i asked her to toast it and she did not reply.When we were paying for our breakfast she just handed us the receipt with the price and did not say one word just let us look at the total without saying how much once we paid there was no thank you or anything said i found her to be very rude.

Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights with family. Staff were pleasant and very helpful, breakfast was excellent, had dinner from their bar menu, very good. The hotel had a singer guitarist in bar, enjoyable entertainer.
The rooms were comfortable and clean. The only drawback was the outside noise at night but due to hotels central location that was to be expected and hotel do make you aware of this beforehand
