Room was spacious, clean, beautiful. Bathroom was classy with the most amazing shower. There was a nice assortment of food for breakfast and the fruit was very fresh and tasty. The lady providing the free health shots was beaming and joyful. The hotel is near a train station, as well as a shopping centre/area.
We didn't like that there was no kettle provided. Instead we had to use their coffee machine for warmed tap water. We also didn't like that people were sitting outside the hotel smoking. Whilst it is nothing to do with the hotel since it's a public space, it did feel uneasy walking past the people, especially with the unpleasant smell.

Despite having a large, empty parking area right in front of the hotel, guests are directed to a paid parking facility, which is quite disappointing.
Additionally, there is no complimentary drinking water in the rooms. If you want to buy water, you have to go to the bar yourself, as there is no room service available for this.
What is even more surprising is that a bottle of water that costs just €1 at a supermarket is sold for €5 at the hotel — five times the regular price!
So, not only do you have to go and get the water yourself, but you also have to pay five times the normal price.
I believe these practices should be reconsidered in terms of guest satisfaction and value for money. Unfortunately, the hotel’s approach to customer service fell well below my expectations.

Tolle Lage, mittendrin und doch ruhig, Zimmer sehr groß und modern eingerichtet.
Parkplatz ist etwas unübersichtlich ausgeschildert.
