Tolles Hotel, tolles Ambiente, große und schöne klimatisierte Zimmer mit großem Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr sauberes, klimatisiertes, grosses Zimmer mit tollem Bad. Frühstück war toll, Ambiente sehr gepflegt und großzügiges Gebäude, hell, freundlich, sehr schön. Tiefgaragenstellplatz inklusive ( war perfekt, da es ein Gewitter mit Hagel gab!) tolles Restaurant auf dem Gelände. ( gehört nicht zum Hotel und ist auch nicht beschildert). Tolles Restaurant im Ort namens Nationale.

Cons:

Die Lage fanden wir zu unseren Zielen sehr abgelegen. Wir haben das tolle Restaurant unmittelbar gegenüber unseres Zimmers erst am dritten Tag als solches erkannt, da es sich um den Hintereingang handelt und es keinen Hinweis gibt, dass hier ein Restaurant ist. Sieht aus wie der Eingang zu einem Wohngebäude. Schade, wir wären jeden Abend dort essen gegangen.

Pros:

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer 204 ist groß mit schöner Walk-in-Dusche. Der Stuhl im Zimmer sah ein bisschen „abgegriffen“ aus (Kunstleder blättert ja irgendwann ab), aber alles war sauber und wir haben gut geschlafen. Super praktisch ist das Parkhaus mit normal großen Parkplätzen. Man kann mit dem Aufzug direkt hoch zur Rezeption und auf die erste Etage zu den Zimmern fahren. Das ist gut durchdacht. Auch das Frühstück war für ein Hotelfrühstück wirklich super: sehr viel Auswahl, alles sehr appetitlich angerichtet, frisches Rührei, Obst uvm. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, sprach gut englisch. Der Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. La camera era ampia, accogliente e impeccabilmente pulita, con un letto estremamente comodo che ci ha garantito un ottimo riposo.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, sempre cordiale, disponibile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza. Eravamo un gruppo di 26 persone e, nonostante il numero elevato, sono riusciti a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste con grande professionalità e gentilezza.

La colazione è stata un'altra piacevole sorpresa: ricca, varia e abbondante, con un'ampia scelta sia di prodotti dolci che salati. Si percepisce chiaramente l'ottima qualità delle materie prime, che rende ogni proposta davvero gustosa.

Un'esperienza decisamente positiva sotto ogni aspetto. È una struttura che consiglio senza alcuna esitazione e nella quale tornerei molto volentieri.

Cons:

L'unico aspetto che mi sento di segnalare riguarda la collaborazione con il Ristorante San Martino, che a mio avviso meriterebbe una maggiore attenzione.

Il personale del ristorante è stato molto cordiale, disponibile e professionale durante tutto il servizio. La cena è iniziata nel migliore dei modi: l'antipasto, una battuta di Fassona, era molto buono e ben preparato, così come il primo, le tagliatelle con gamberetti e zucchine, gustose e ben equilibrate.

Purtroppo il secondo piatto ha deluso completamente le aspettative. La tagliata con patate presentava una carne estremamente dura, tanto da risultare praticamente immangiabile. È stato un vero peccato, perché ha compromesso un'esperienza che fino a quel momento era stata decisamente positiva.

Spero che questo aspetto venga preso in considerazione, perché con una maggiore attenzione alla qualità del secondo piatto il ristorante potrebbe offrire un servizio all'altezza del resto dell'esperienza.

Удобный, чистый отель. В жару кондиционер приятно охлаждал. Вкусный завтрак. Приятный персонал. Отдельное спасибо за поставленную миску для собаки. Мы путешествуем с псом 4 года и впервые увидели такую заботу о четвероногом😊 напротив отеля ресторан, где очень вкусно кормят!
