Accepts pets

Cons:

Accepts pets but only lets you know upon arrival of a deposit to be paid in cash. Additionally, no towels available in the room. AC is too loud so you cannot sleep at night and the included breakfast is only coffee fruit and some kind of bread (one only per person, nothing to missed as it was terrible). Do not pay for the buffet, there are plenty of food places to have breakfast in Poza Rica for the same money. Bathrooms and beds need to be updated.

El servicio de baño, solamente te ponen un jabón por huésped, y el desayuno incluido para los de booking dan fruta, café y pan y antes era desayuno bufet.

No volvería a hospedarme, la relación calidad-precio no lo vale. Esperaba más por lo que pague.

el precio fue muy alto para lo que ofrecen
la piscina no estaba disponible (con agua)
había colchones en los pasillos y losetas (da la apariencia como si estuviera en remodelación el hotel) no se ven bien ahí
la tv solo tenia 3 canales, son tvs antiguas, no smart tv
el personal del restaurante no fue nada amable

Cons:

Diario los mismos guisos en el bufete, para y ó 2 días esta bien para para más días ya no. Las toallas todas desgastadas y rotas. Deberían de tener nuevas.
