The room was comfortable and met my needs in terms of space and location.
The provider listened to my requests and located me so could keep eye on motorcycle.
Whilst the property had an excellent set up for shared kitchen with a very well laid out large kitchen and all the amenities you could need it was a little bit of a pain to not be able to make a tea or coffee in the room in the morning.
I was there 2 days and did not see any staff nor did I need to.
Was quiet and well maintained.

There was free tea and coffee in kitchen so just my personal preference.
Good value for money, comfortable and very clean.
No soap, shampoo or shower gel provided in the rooms.

Very clean room and shared areas. Friendly staff and guests. Garden very pleasant, especially with the exceptionally hot weather. Food storage shelves , fridge and freezer space well organised and designated for each room. Beach 10 to15 min walk away. Very good bus service into Barrow every 15 min Mon to sat. 10 min walk to bus stop. A One Stop shop about 20 min walk away at my speed but also on the bus route. Coffee and tea provided in kitchen. Large carpark. Quiet area. Good base to explore Walney Island and Barrow.
No kettle in rooms but that was partly my fault as although I had asked for one to be put in my room I didn't chase it up!
Very clean good parking
We were in room 12 between christmas and new year the room was amazing plenty of space and plenty of plugs which we could access easy but we were in room 24 19th june to sun 21st june and we struggled to plugin medical equipment we had to buy an extention for easy access but apart from that we love West Point thankyou

Room was narrow and TV didn't work
Second time I've stayed here - all spot on, as before. Very clean, great facilities, comfortable, good value for money.

Size and cleanliness of the room, bathroom was beautiful, best grouting ive seen which may sound funny but a lot are grubby! Kitchen was fantastic, huge and well appointed, better than having a kettle etc in each room, just help yourself. Staff were friendly & Helpful, didnt see much of them as theyre not there all the time but thats fine. Lots of parking on site which i personally think is a big plus.
Not a dislike really but perhaps could do with soap etc in the bathroom, take your own.
The room and kitchen facilities were clean and tidy and as I would have expected. The staff were very friendly.
There was one blue badge disabled parking space outside the front door but often during the week. This was occupied by vehicles that did not display a blue badge meaning I had to park further away and walk on uneven pebble surface which is a trip Hazard for me as I walk with a stick due to chronic arthritis in my knees.
Whenever the unit attached to the ceiling above the bed was on, there was a irregular dripping sound and I could not work out how to turn this off.
Easy to get to , easy checkin , very clean and tidy. Went between christmas and new year for 2 nights so we were the only ones in the building i think didn't hear or see anyone else. I think it would be very full and busy with contractors in the warmer months but would still consider booking again

Internet connection is not great, disconects now and then.
