I’m feeling very disappointed about the pool that is closed? Its very hot and I booked this Hotel for the pool services? It was not communicated before or during my booking.

And both of these options aren’t available? This is realy bad.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city
Pros:

Gaborone is a very quiet city and even though the hotel was in CBD, it was still extremely quiet and peaceful and serene

Amazing views, lovely rooms, amazing food, incredible staff from front desk, housekeeping and restaurant

Centrally located, beautiful views of the city and amazing sunrise views. The restaurant offers incredible meals.

Cons:
