bed lag lekker. als de airco niet voldoende was kon je ook nog de Fan aanzetten. Persooneel was vriendelijk en gemakkelijk.

Pros:

De locatie was super fijn en we konden onze spullen voor het inchecken al daar laten.

Cons:

We sliepen op de begane grond, naast de lift en de receptie. Dit is erg gehorig, meeste geluid kwam vanuit het personeel. Daarnaast ook veel geluiden van terugkomende gasten en mensen die in kwamen checken. Daarnaast was de kamer niet erg schoon.

Location was great, in walking distance of the busy areas in the old town, and very easily accessible for getting grabs, taxis etc. Clean towels given everyday, however the room was not cleaned during our stay. They offered a laundry service, which we used however there is a better self service one around the corner that is quicker and cheaper & clothes felt cleaner.

Cons:

Fridge in our room didn’t go cold at all. The pictures are deceiving as our double room was very small with hardly any room to move around or put belongings, same for the bathroom. The room was never cleaned, swept etc.

Comfortable stay with everything at your doorstep.
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter. Very good value for money. The AC started leaking but the staff were quick to fix it.

Pros:

The girls at the front desk were amazing. Especially Lee and Jessie. So accommodating. They even extended our check out time to suit our pick up. It was a very comfortable room and excellent location. Quiet lane but very central. Highly recommended!

Séjour agréable !
Pros:

Le personnel accueillant et chaleureux.
Le ménage de la chambre tous les jours.
Les équipements de la chambre notamment la climatisation, le ventilateur, les bouteilles d’eau.
Très bon emplacement.

Cons:

Certaines photos ne correspondent pas exactement à la réalité. L’hôtel reste vraiment très bien, mais il faut s’attendre à une légère différence.

Stay in a quiet alley in the middle of the city center
Pros:

The rooms are very nice and well furnished often also offering a balcony. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is located in the middle of a great neighborhood, which is not too loud and hosts a market in the mornings. The staff is very friendly and granted us an upgrade because the better room was still available.

Le personnel était très accueillant, notre chambre était lumineuse et équipée d’un ventilateur et d’une climatisation. L’hôtel située dans petite ruelle calme du vieux quartier est idéal pour visiter.
