Pros:

The hotel it's a alley very quite almost in the centre of the old district. There is the elevator so no stress like many places in Hanoi. The staff was very friendly, the let me check in in advance and the room was quite clean. I really recommend this place

Pros:

The location was great, hotel is nestled down an alleyway (hence the name) filled with restaurants and vendors but little traffic (just mopeds) so it’s fairly peaceful for Hanoi. Rooms were spacious and fairly clean. Staff were lovely and attentive.

Cons:

We did have the shower flood the bathroom every time and we saw a cockroach once in the room, but honestly it was fine and we were happy with it for a few days

Pros:

Great location, great staff

Cons:

Booked a twin and was unable to get a room with more than one bed, then purchased a room with three beds so not intentional I believe but common sense from staff would’ve saved me a lot of money
