Pros:

The hotel staff were very kind & informative. Our room was clean. The breakfast was good. Location is great to local grocery store, restaurants, & ice cream that you can walk to.

Cons:

The A/C was a little loud in our room. Seemed like an older unit.

Great spot for eating and shopping
Pros:

The breakfast was awesome, along with some of the employees

Cons:

We check in on Thursday evening, our toilet was stopped up.. Thursday and Friday evening.. not know that the previous guest stopped it up from what one of the employees stated

Just ok. Picked a different hotel for the return trip.
Pros:

We had a late arrival. The digital key didn’t work so we had a VERY long wait in the lobby to check in and a difficult time getting parked. The overflow parking in the garage nearby wasn’t great. Very very smoky and tight spaces. Inconvenient to use and no luggage carts available. Bad lighting in the room and bad sink design causing the counter to be constantly soaked. Dinged up and visible patches in the bathroom area. An old sock from former guest in main room. Not great breakfast. The good: cool temperature rooms with blackout shades and good sound proofing. Friendly and professional front desk clerk trying to make the best of being the only person helping a long, long line of late night travelers.

I was disappointed with the suprise parking fee, other than that, it was great.
