Funcionários muito atenciosos e instalações ótimas.
Pros:

Acredito que o fator humano, ou seja, os funcionários com quem interagimos, tem um grande peso na avaliação geral. Problemas podem acontecer, mas se somos bem atendidos, a impressão geral é positiva. Não tivemos nenhum problema no Lummina, as instalações e limpeza são ótimas e os funcionários da recepção e do café foram muito atenciosos e gentis e prestativos o tempo todo. Recomendo muito.

Bom hotel para dormir e descansar, bom café da manhã e atendimento dos funcionários.
Pros:

As acomodações são boas, bom atendimento dos funcionários, só precisa ser algo mais rápido para o cadastro no chek in.

Cons:

Os arredores infelizmente são ruins de vizinhança, rampa de acesso da rua, muito íngrime, fica pegando no assoalho do carro.
