Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City

We came on a family trip with our 5-year-old daughter. We are very satisfied with the best service of the staff. Especially at breakfast, we were touched by the kind explanation and consideration. His name was Max! All the other staff members didn't lose their laughter and the service was good. We will definitely visit again next time

Fantastic Hotel the whole experiences from the front entrance, reception and Staffs at the Straits (Max) .
It’s my second visit to Sedona. We have introduced so many friends to come here last year. Will definitely see you again next time. Well done

The location of Sedona is right next to the mall and in district one where all the action is .. great restaurants Cafes are all around .. Sedona has 3 bhk suites which are ideal for families and great and luxurious vibe.. pls connect with max in the breakfast area if u have any cravings which the buffet doesn’t serve .. great people and hospitality .. just stay and recommended 5 stars

We had an amazing stay at Sedona Suites with attentive and consistently excellent staff throughout our visit. The buffet breakfast was delightful each morning, Jennie, Max, Helena and Alisa all made our mornings especially enjoyable.

They were warm, professional and incredibly helpful during breakfast, always explaining the daily specials and even remembering our orders each day. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out.

Toan from Concierge was also very helpful throughout our stay, and Sydney & reception made both the check-in and smooth and seamless. Concierge kindly assisted us with our bags to the Grab pick-up zone on departure, which was greatly appreciated.

We stayed in the three-bedroom family suite, which was spacious, comfortable and incredibly practical for travelling with children. Having laundry facilities in the suite was so helpful, especially in the Ho Chi Minh City heat. The kids also loved cooling down after busy mornings exploring the city sights and enjoying the delicious food nearby.

The location is convenient, right beside Saigon Centre and only a short walk to many attractions including Ben Thanh Market, the Central Post Office, the Opera House and nearby boutiques. The views from the hotel are spectacular, particularly in the evening.

One helpful thing to note for future guests is that mangosteen and durian are not permitted on site.

Overall, the level of service throughout the hotel was consistently high and made the entire experience feel effortless, welcoming and memorable. We appreciated the hospitality and look forward to staying at Sedona Suites again in the future.

The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, near prominent shopping districts, with the Saigon Center connected on the 6th floor. Breakfast at the Straits Kitchen on the 28th floor offers exceptional views of Saigon's skyscrapers, and both à la carte and buffet options are included in the stay. Our room on the 42nd floor affords spectacular vistas.

I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, amenities, and prime location.
