Sedona experience
Pros:

Excellent service from all staff, especially concierge, breakfast dining, housekeeping. In particular, very pleasant, patient and helpful were Billy (concierge) and Quy (Max) (Straits Cafe) - service beyond the call of duty.

Overall pretty good stay at Sedona - would stay again just for the location
Pros:

Nice Hotel in the best position in HCM, rooms are expensive for the size, but the location is hard to beat.

Cons:

Breakfast is only ok, they run a small buffet and a orderable menu to select from. Staff can be slow to bring the menu to you to order the eggs (15 x minute wait) just to order, by which time the plate from the buffet is cold - just put the menu on each table.

Amazing stay at Sedona suites
Pros:

Sedona suites was the perfect location for our stay in Ho Chi Minh. It’s so convenient and close to everywhere we wanted to go. We had Ms Dung (Elena) check us in and out and she was so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time visiting Vietnam, and I stayed at the Sedona Hotel. Although I arrived late at night, check-in was smooth. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hospitality was excellent. We had a fantastic experience with Sedona Suites - in the heart of district 1, integrated access to Saigon Centre, the epitome of convenience.

The room is neat and tidy whenever we return after exploring the city - a welcoming sight and atmosphere for our weary bodies.

Staff service has been the standout experience - helpful and conscientious.

Quy (Max) at The Straits (cafe) in particular has been the daily feature of our mornings - full of smiles, offers of various food and desserts that enhanced our experience, little acts that sealed our decision to come back for our next trip.

Ms Thu housekeeper very honest Staff

I accidentally left my passport containing $4,500 in cash in the safe during my checkout today. Within ten minutes, I received a call from the hotel staff informing me of my oversight. Ms. Thu, the housekeeper, discovered my passport and the cash in the safe. I am incredibly grateful for the honesty and diligence of the hotel staff. Amazing apartments and amazing staff
