Good location, great friendly staff, room
Was big if a little tired.

Great central location. Large comfy room with everything that you could need. Kitchen area was a nice bonus.

My room was brilliant,large comfortable bed very clean had everything I needed staff amazing
Didn't like the fact I booked 2 double deluxe rooms I was in one of the rooms and my granddaughter in the other room her room was not the same as mine I was so disappointed it was her first holiday with me it was room 11 no way was her room as nice mine I was in room 9 was disappointing as I thought the rooms were the going to be the same
The room was very clean and well appointed. It was reasonable value too.
The only window in the room was across from the kitchenette to the bathroom with a separating wall so that there was no view. Furthermore, there was no window blind so although it was small there was too much early light. Also, the green light on the ceiling (I assume a smoke detector) was incredibly bright so it was difficult to sleep. Staff didn’t deliver my breakfast until I asked them where it was around 10:30pm. It’s very noisy due to the pub below.
I arrived late, following my Motorbike breaking down on the way during Dave Day ride. But had a great greeting from your team. Thank you.
Great location for the event I was attending
TV didn’t work
The room was a suite . Large comfortable bed . Large bathroom with shower . Spa bath but didn’t use. Separate entrance to rooms . Lovely bar / restaurant down stairs . Good food & reasonable priced drinks . Got a booth in the restaurant on Saturday night .
Couldn’t find the property initially! No lift . Bathroom needs a shelf by the loo ! A drainer would be helpful in the kitchen area . Nowhere to put plates etc to dry .

Parking but it was a busy weekend
Although the room was comfortable... we didn't think it was worthy of a boutique experience....
The bar area and restaurant were fabulous... as was the food and service... not over priced and great value for money.
The room was small and the bathroom floor was old and tired.
We tried to ask for an upgrade but the only staff on went home early.
