Convenient location and comfortable with nicest staff
Pros:

The location was excellent. Was nearby Shichahai, making for a great night or morning walk. There are plenty of cafes nearby as well as ceramic stores. Another great thing about the location is how close it is to Hello Ride bike parking. Check out was extremely fast.

Cons:

Buttons to change the light settings sometimes took extra fiddling time to work. The mirror is inconvenient when doing makeup, but it is ok.

El personal no habla nada de inglés, las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas, a pesar de pedir que nos rellenaran los botes de jabón y shampoo, no lo hicieron.

Excellent location, amazing staff good hotel but a little bit pricey for the quality and room size
Pros:

Staff was amazing, super helpful.
The location is absolutely excellent a walking distance from the main hutongs streets and very convenient with Didi (local uber) to reach the Great Wall or the Summer Palace or The forbidden city.
Plenty of shops and a supermarket next door.
Hotel in good condition. Free laundry and washing powder provided. Amenities free and free snacks in the room.
Robot deliver packages or food to your door. Excellent.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had bad smell in the room from air condition. They offer to change the room but we only had 2 days left.
Room was small.
Construction works on the terrace starts very early.

Pros:

Perfect location if you want to stay in the area close to Nanluoguxiang. Many many restaurants and shops within a few minutes' walk. A big supermarket almost in the same building. Helpful staff. We had the Deluxe King Room which worked well for a family of four (kids shared a large bedsofta). Comfortable beds and easy to adjust the temperature in the room.

Cons:

No breakfast at the hotel.
