Pros:

Bed was definitely not a king. The ac was not working properly my kids were sweating in their sleep very badly

Cons:

Woman serving breakfast was not friendly at all actually very rude.

Pros:

It was just what we needed. The beds were very comfy, the room was spacious, the staff were very friendly and my sister and I loved the dessert we ordered. The area was very quiet, close to main roads yet no road noise.

Cons:

The bathroom door stuck a little. that's about it ev erything else was great.

My room was filthy. Food on the floor and desk in multiple spots. Only half a roll of toilet paper and no tissues.

The smell of the body wash…

Cons:

Dirty face towels under the cabinet overlooked by housekeeper I guess. No sheets or pillows for pull out. Cheap bedding and too many stains in the carpet. Standards are not high enough to be called a Hyatt. Sorry

We had a restful and relaxing evening with a delicious breakfast in the morning
