Cons:

Camera si baia sunt în condiții foarte proaste. Nu poți nici măcar sa te speli în chiuvetă. Dusul sub orice limită. Ușa de la întrare se deschide fără cheie din exterior iar din interior trebuie să folosești cheia. Exact pe invers.
