Amazing
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

It was difficult to get an iron and ironing board from the hotel. We had to request them several times before they were delivered to our room.

A wonderful stay at De Braga Bandung! The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room was lovely, comfortable and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices. I especially loved that the breakfast included a good selection of local dishes, which was a wonderful introduction to Bandung’s local cuisine.

What stood out most was the attentive and friendly staff—they were always helpful and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

I also really enjoyed the massage service at the hotel spa. The treatment was very good and added an extra touch of relaxation to our stay.

Overall, a very pleasant experience and excellent value for money. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Bandung!

Hotel is conveniently located. Room was bigger than expected. Quite a variety of choice for the breakfast menu. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, very customer oriented. Definitely recommended for all.

Front desk staff needs better training to deal with tricky situations
Only negative experience was at d B10 restaurant when we were having drinks and food and decided to also have some fried bananas bought elsewhere.... we were told we cannot bring outside food and even warned about it!

My Birthday Dinner
Pros:

Celebrated my birthday dinner at the Bistro on the 3rd floor of De Braga, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The venue was beautifully transformed with sweet, elegant, and cozy decorations that created the perfect atmosphere for the celebration.

The set menu was amazing from start to finish—from the fresh salad to the delicious dessert, every course was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor.

A special thank you to Mr. Jajang and Chef Yana for putting everything together so perfectly. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made the evening even more special.

What a memorable night! Thank you to the entire De Braga team for making my birthday so wonderful. I will definitely be back soon!
