Schönes Gebäude in zentraler Lage mit großen Schwächen. Bitte lesen, bevor sie buchen.

Zentrale Lage, schönes historisches Gebäude, freundliches Personal, Frühstück war ok

Cons:

Wir mussten leider unser Zimmer wechseln, da das ursprüngliche Zimmer extrem laut war. Die Decke war sehr schlecht gedämmt und man hat jeden Schritt und die Toilettenspülung aus dem Zimmer oben sehr stark gehört. Ich übertreibe nicht, das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig, obwohl in der Beschreibung stand, dass es gedämmt ist. Daraufhin haben wir ein Ersatzzimmer bekommen was ok war. Die Nacht darauf mussten wir erneut umziehen. Das Zimmer unter dem Dach war klein und als es regnete, ist an einer Stelle Wasser eingedrungen.

Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful and tranquil traditional courtyard setting. A pleasure to be there. We very much appreciated the peaceful surroundings, and the helpful and attentive staff. The breakfasts were wonderful, again in a peaceful setting.

The sound of footsteps in the room above was a bit disturbing on occasion - but overall didn’t detract

Classic old world hotel with modern, very comfortable amenities.
Pros:

Everything. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. From the minute you walk in you are captivated by the courtyard, the pond and the old world style. The staff were friendly and English speaking. The breakfast was fabulous as well as the comfort and style of the restaurant. The bed and bathroom were clean comfortable and worked well.
