Pros:

Спасибо, отличный отель. Удобная локация, автобусная остановка прямо возле отеля. Заселились в 8.00 утра, хоть заезд должен быть в 15.00.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. Breakfast had a good variety of food and was enjoyable every morning. The hotel facilities were also great, especially the gym, which was well-equipped and well-maintained.

Cons:

There were a few issues with the room. The shower often did not provide cold water, and the bathroom sink faucet had an unusual design that was not very practical. It also did not allow for lukewarm water—only hot or cold. The lighting in the room was also insufficient, making it feel quite dark at night. In addition, some of the light switches were placed in odd locations, and the motion-sensor lights did not always work properly.

Everything was perfect, the room was very clean and everything is provided, the location is almost centrum

Some of the staff does not speak a good English, but it is not a big problem 😉

Stay was once again fantastic and see you soon again in 6 months inchalla
Pros:

From day one Mr Yucel was very welcoming and had assisted and help us during our stay. Had requested for early booking Mr Ahmet had mad it possible and was waiting for us.
Stay was very nice and staffs and food very good.
Hope to see you soon and Hope to be impress and pumper once again

Have a sever dust allergies had ask for deep cleaning and the room was very very very dust free
