Lovely hotel in a nice quite location approximately 3 miles from centre.
Tho traffic is a nightmare
Arrived late and was ushered to room by Yucel who's very informative about Istanbul. Room good size and lots of toiletries inc toothbrush and paste..Good strong shower.Very comfy beds and pillows ..Only 10 min walk to happening area (tho not for the faint at heart as quite rough)or can take the hotel shuttle to Taksim square for free ..Run on the hour I think.Nice spa area with decent pool sauna etc..Swim caps are compulsory and are 5 pound each so bring your own if possible..Didn't eat/drink in hotel but Sports bar with full sized Pool table looked Cool..After sightseeing in Istanbul was lovely to get back to the calm of this hotel

Auckland was magnificent, very good customer service, went out of his way to help me.
However, I was charged for getting blood on the pillow and one towel, they said if any more blood then I will be charge for anything I get blood on. 5 star hotel and they could not help me out with any solutions, I will be sleeping on the floor with the pillows I got blood on, I didn't mind paying for the pillows I got blood on, they didn't help with any solutions to help me out, won't be spending another time in this hotel, was going to have a nice dinner in the restaurant tonight, I will be saving my money and buying dinners from local shops. I am currently in this hotel until the 25th of May 2026
The hotel is beautiful and rooms are nice.Breakfast is exquisite.What stands out is rtje attention and performance frol Ibrahim at the breakfast restaurant.Quite knowledgeable and eager to assist.

Location is great! The property is very clean and everyone is friendly. Had a great experience with Levent, one of the managers and Ali, who worked at the bar. Very nice!
The room was clean and well maintained. Yucel was great, he helped us with bags upon departure, offered water, even warned us to be careful with the taxi drivers and the final charge. Moreover, he and his colleagues checked with us about our day and sights they recommended previously. The entire front office team was great and the service they provided was more of a service I usually receive at some luxury hotels. Marko
