Само персонала на рещепция

Cons:

В стаята миришеше на цигари, в ресторанта бяхме ката сардини един до друг и не стигаха прибори . Няма капацитет на басейна за толкова хора и в ресторанта е същото.

Като цяло хотелът е много добър и го посещаваме редовно, но би било чудесно политиката за ползване на СПА зоната в деня
Pros:

Хотелът е много хубав – стаите са нови, модерни и добре поддържани. Спа зоната е голяма и приятна, а минералната вода в басейните е много топла. Отлични закуска и вечеря.

Cons:

Единственият недостатък за нас беше политиката при напускане. Освобождаването на стаите е в 11:00 ч., а след това не е позволено да останеш в басейните и СПА зоната, освен ако не заплатиш допълнително. Според мен това е малко неудобно, особено в сравнение с други минерални хотели, например в Баня и на други места, където след освобождаване на стаята можеш да останеш в СПА зоната без допълнително заплащане.

Was definitely not corresponding to the expectations we had based on friends previous visits
Pros:

Location, in the center of the city and walking distance from all major monuments

Cons:

Breakfast was poor, with almost no freshly prepared meals, limited choice, the 3 coffee machines were constantly having issues, cleanliness was suboptimal in the toilets close to the pools. Same for the service at the reception desk and the restaurant.
