Pros:

Разположението на хотела е удобно, има много басейни, храната е вкусна, персонала е любезен

Cons:

Хотелът не се поддържа много добре, стаята беше с разбита ключалка и не се затваряше с карта, наложи се да поискам ключ.
В банята вентилаторът не се изключваше и бучеше цяла нощ.
На закуска имаше евтини колбаси и нямаше разнообразие, както в други хотели. Вечерята е по- добра от закуската, но е 19 часа, което е малко късно, може да е от 18 часа. Чекират след 15 часа, а напускането е в 11, което не е добра политика, в повечето хотели е след 14 часа и до 12.

Perfect place for relax.

Pros:

Много хубава и широка стая с голямо легло. Храната беше много вкусна и разнообразна . Басейна беше широк и топъл. Уникално място и за деца! Препоръчвам горещо! Чист въздух. Много добро посрещане и настаняване.

Приятно место за почивка.
Pros:

Чудесно местоположение, в самия център. Изключително вкусна и разнообразна храна. СПА центъра и външните басейни са много приятни и добре поддържани.

Cons:

Няма вътрешни басейни, само един спортен, който не е предвиден за лежерна почивка. За ползване на басейните в деня на освобождаването, след напускане на стаята, искат от клиентите си пълно дневно плащане.

The facilities were great, food was alright & customer service can be improved.
Pros:

The spa facilities are amazing and there’s something for everybody. We especially enjoyed the herbs saunas, which we haven’t seen before! The food was okay and the pools were clean :)

Cons:

The staff was predominantly comprised of teenagers who are not always customer-oriented and often chat amongst themselves.
It’s odd for this level of hotel that there wasn’t a single alternative milk for coffee, as it is highly likely that there may be people with dairy allergies.
The pools lack any physical buttons to adjust bubble massage.

Стаятя, СПА зоната, басейните.

Cons:

Допълнителното детско легло беше със разглобяваща се подматрачна рамка и крив матрак (вдлъбнат в краищата и изпъкнал по средата), неудобен за спане. На втората закуска имаше сини яйца, Храната като цяло имаше вид на няколко пъти поднасяна вече.
