Great location, lovely staff, great breakfast clean, modern stay
Pros:

Great location, really nice staff,air conditioned room

Cons:

We were slightly misled with parking, as we have motorbikes I always use garage parking, when I arrived I was told that parking isn’t for us, it’s the more expensive sister hotel, however the receptionist was very kind and allowed us to park our motorcycles, the advert clearly states garage parking….this needs resolving between booking and the hotel

centrale locatie, prima bed.

Cons:

beveiligde wifi niet werkzaam, niet op te lossen door personeel terwijl geadverteerd wordt "inclusief snel internet" en dit mede bepalend was voor keuze hotel.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Roermond
Pros:

Ich hatte zunächst Schwierigkeiten mit meiner Klimaanlage, es wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Als das Problem nicht behoben werden konnte, bekam ich ein neues Zimmer. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, die funktionierende Klimaanlage war phantastisch!

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers hätte besser sein können.

verkehrstechnisch zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhofsplatz, der nachts allerdings stark belebt ist (z.B. um 4 Uhr nachts Basketball spielende Jugendliche direkt vor den Hotelzimmern); reichhaltiges niederländisches Frühstück; gut gesicherte Tiefgarage mit einem abschließbaren Raum für Fahrräder; Lademöglichkeit

nachts zu viel Straßenlärm (s.o.); z.T. auch polternde Gäste in der Etage über uns; Zimmer lagen in Extra-Gebäuden, durch eine Hauptverkehrsstraße vom Hotelgebäude getrennt; insgesamt betrachtet zu teuer für die geschilderten Umstände
