Amazing location, the apartment is right beside the beach, shops, the port and all the restaurants you could want.

the only thing we didnt like is that we must leave at 10:30 am , for someone who is in vacacion that's not cool , but i really appreciated everything and i will be back for sure

Location was perfect.
Apartment was dated and the air conditioning unit leaked daily
We woke up to puddles on the floor daily .
The room was clean and it is ideal as long as you know that you are staying in a residential building.
I am not complaining, just stating facts.

The property does not have working wifi, does not have a bed, but just a sofa. The price is high in comparison to comparable properties in the area.

Solo me gustó que estaba cerca de la playa, lo de más todo mentira..
No tenía parking en el alojamiento como decía el anuncio avía que desplazarse bien lejos y pagar, no tenía piscina en el mismo alojamiento abia que desplazarse a otros edificios muy lejanos, y el estudio lleno de cucarachas, y la fianza de 50 euros que me pidieron al hacer el alquiler y pagar, me an dicho que seis ustedes los que me lo tenéis que devolver, nadie me lo a devuelto aún, pura estafa...

If you love filthy insects and cockroaches, this is the perfect place for you!
When I booked the apartment, the pictures looked completely different from what I actually got. There was no bed at all—just a dirty couch covered in hair (for 2 people!!!). But it didn't stop there; I soon noticed thousands of cockroach eggs all over the apartment, hatching every day and crawling over our stuff and where we slept! From massive brown roaches to small winged ones!!
When I brought this up to the reception, they didn't even bother to apologize. Instead, they just said, 'We have a cleaning certificate' (clearly just a tactic to avoid legal complaints). I even asked if we could cancel the booking or if I could pay the difference to be moved to another room, but they completely refused to cooperate.
Imagine saving up your hard-earned money to take a short, relaxing trip after months of exhausting work, only to be forced to spend it in the filthiest place imaginable, surrounded by the most disgusting insects, and without even a proper bed!!
I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone."

Great apartment for 2 people
Excellent location
J’ai passé un séjour absolument fantastique dans cet appartement et je le recommande les yeux fermés ! Dès mon arrivée, je me suis sentie parfaitement à l’aise. L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux et très agréable à vivre, que l’on voyage seul(e) ou à deux.
Le véritable coup de cœur reste la vue depuis le balcon, qui est tout simplement incroyable. C’est le genre de vue dont on ne se lasse jamais et qui rend le séjour encore plus spécial.
J’ai également beaucoup apprécié l’équipement du logement. La cuisine est extrêmement complète, avec tout ce qu’il faut et même plus. On ne manque vraiment de rien, ce qui est très appréciable lorsqu’on séjourne plusieurs jours.
L’emplacement est idéal : la plage est à quelques pas et de nombreux commerces se trouvent à proximité pour faire quelques courses ou profiter des environs sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture.
Honnêtement, tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. C’est une adresse que je garderai précieusement et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage à Benalmádena.
Très sincèrement, il est difficile de trouver un point négatif. Si je devais vraiment être exigeante, je dirais simplement que les oreillers du lit étaient un peu petits et pas suffisamment confortables pour moi. Mais cela reste un détail comparé à la qualité du logement et à l’excellente expérience que j’y ai vécue.

But!!! It was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
Yes it is all a bit old. But my room (28) was clean, everything worked very well, it was actually spacious, linen and towels were spotless...value for money and a superb location.
There is no pool
You have to take a short walk and hike to another Hostal to get your room keys...this in plain midday heat was a bit unpleasant
