Très agréable
Pros:

L’intégration dans la nature environnante et le calme de l’établissement. L’intérêt porté à la préservation de l’environnement. les chambres sont magnifiques, bien décorées et confortables. La piscine juste devant les chambres était très agréable.

Cons:

Personne ne nous attendait à notre arrivée. Nous avons bien eu toutes les informations par WhatsApp avec des vidéos pour nous guider, mais malgré tout dans le noir complet, c’était compliqué à trouver. Rien indique l’hôtel depuis la rue.

The hotel was great and was very quiet.

I think you could add a washing machine. I needed to wash some of my clothes and there was no where in the area.

Super établissement avec un gérant hyper réactif en cas de problème et super sympa ! Les chambres sont très jolies, propres, peut être un peu sombres, mais c’est le prix de la jungle! :)
Accès à la plage en face de l’hôtel, il suffit de consommer une boisson pour avoir accès aux infrastructures type transats!

Cons:

Un chouya loin du centre et des restaurants ou bars ! Mais cela permet d’être loin du bruit des multiples fêtes de Tulum et de dormir au calme!

Stylish little hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The location is great and the room was very comfortable and stylish. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach club access, which was stunning. The shared kitchen was an added bonus.

Solo Trip in Tulum
Pros:

The location, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The room was spacious and stylish. The hotel has a restaurant, cafe, pharmacy, convenience store around it.

Cons:

I would have appreciated if the doors could be locked from inside or outside with the key.

Pros:

Excelente el lugar para lo económico que es. Camas cómodas, la habitación está súper bien. Todo muy lindo y limpio. Los espacios comunes excelentes.

Cons:

Por decir algo. A veces la señal de wifi en la habitación se caía, pero en realidad estaba todo muy bien

everything we needed for a lovely stay.
Pros:

We loved the staff, very communicative and helpful. They accommodated all of our needs/requests and helped us to make a lot of great plans.

Cons:

Our room specifically did not have great water pressure, sometimes with no water at all coming out of our sink. Also our curtain was broken so we got a lot of natural light that woke us up.

Pros:

It was a nice place. Nothing fancy but the people were nice and the beds were comfy what more do you need?
We also thought we had booked a 2 bedroom and they moved us no problem. Was super nice of them.
Ohh and the honey soap in the room smelt delicious

Cons:

Only thing that bothered me is that the lighting and curtains.
The curtains were thin so my room has the lights from next doors hotel shining in my eyes when trying to sleep
Ironically the room lighting wasn’t bright enough and didn’t have an option to turn up so when I was sorting my luggage the night before I had to have my phone torch on to see what I was doing which was slightly inconvenient basically the aesthetic was pretty just not 100% functional
