Pros:

Mi è piaciuto molto che era sulla laguna ma se dovrei andare in altra volta andrei più avanti dove la laguna è più bella, ma comunque era bella , la stanza era molto spaziosa e luminosa

Cons:

Non mi sono piaciute la colazione ne il servizio della colazione, e per essere un hotel luxury che si paga 500 euro a notte la colazione non era alla altezza , in pratica te portano un piatto con della frutta con un po di yogurt, puoi tu chiedono come ti fanno le uova , se volete più di due uova c’è un supplemento, per il acqua in bottiglie c’è un suplemento ,da bere café americano que si pides un expreso te traen el mismo café americano come si uno fossi cretino , para el pan se tenía que pedir varias veces

Unieke, kleinschalig en rustig hotel aan de Bacalar-lagoon.
Pros:

De vele (gratis) activiteiten, zoals kayak, padel, zwembad,…
De mogelijkheid tot jetski.
Het 24/24 gebruik van de gym.
De rust aan de lagoon.

Cons:

Geen vast patroon in de ontbijtformule.
Aanbod op de menukaart kwam niet overeen met de werkelijkheid.

Pros:

Staff was excellent. Especially the restaurant and concierge / check in staff. Food at restaurant was very tasty and restaurant facial g lagoon is beautiful.

Cons:

Condition of landscaping and buildings were very poor. Needs a alot of maintenance of the pool and outdoor spaces need a lot of updating! Room is very musty and poorly lit . I expected a higher quality hotel at the price we paid!

De locatie is top aan het meer. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Prachtige accommodatie en locatie, maar wel wat verouderd en achterstallig onderhoud.

Relaxing atmosphere and great swimming
Pros:

Very relaxing, mostly a couples retreat but we came with kids and it was nice. Perfect place for swimming in the wonderful lagoon. Breakfast was good, eggs any style. We went for lunch and dinner outside of the hotel as the town is about 10 minutes away. Can recommend the hotel, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere very nice. Isak, the lifeguard was awesome with the kids. And Adrianna the yoga instructor was great.

L’emplacement et le côté nature est très sympathique !
L’hôtel propose des activités nautiques à faire sur la lagune.

Cons:

L’entretien des extérieures, piscine laisse à désirer.
Les matelas de piscine ne sont pas propre et cela ne donne pas envie de s’y poser.
