Limpio, habitación muy amplia y muy buenas instalaciones.

The location and comfort. Regional Movies,and shopping centers within the facility. Also we found out the day we were leaving that the Cheesecake Factory is close and all sorts of shopping stores. Nothin Bundt Cake in the plaza across from the Cheesecake factory
There's a lot to eat and do. Dave and Busters is also across from the hotel in walking distance. The Cheesecake factory and boutique you would have to drive to. Regional Movies and Dave and Busters are across from Hotel Indigo.
The noise from the floor above. Someone's child woke up in the middle of the night and started bouncing a ball and running for an hour or so. Couldn't sleep until the child stopped the noise. Which is beyond the facility and staff control. No problems with the facility and staff.
The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and efficient. The staff at the bar were also very friendly and welcoming. The food was surprisingly good and much better than expected, especially the fries. The beds were comfy too.

Housekeeping. Had to ask for it daily after staff would never come. First day they left our door open. We complained and the front desk just said oh sorry. I happened to see the manager later and she gave us breakfast for free for one day. The second and third day after we asked again for housekeeping they only had brought us towels. The sink and toilet were not cleaned AT ALL. Our counter still has coffee and sugar still on it since the first day.
