Pros:

Clean, new, walkable to a few eateries. Shopping a very short drive away.

Cons:

Printers didn’t work (at the front desk or the common work area). Front desk staff was not knowledgable of access to car chargers.

Pros:

The location and comfort. Regional Movies,and shopping centers within the facility. Also we found out the day we were leaving that the Cheesecake Factory is close and all sorts of shopping stores. Nothin Bundt Cake in the plaza across from the Cheesecake factory
There's a lot to eat and do. Dave and Busters is also across from the hotel in walking distance. The Cheesecake factory and boutique you would have to drive to. Regional Movies and Dave and Busters are across from Hotel Indigo.

Cons:

The noise from the floor above. Someone's child woke up in the middle of the night and started bouncing a ball and running for an hour or so. Couldn't sleep until the child stopped the noise. Which is beyond the facility and staff control. No problems with the facility and staff.

Comfortable, friendly and modern hotel in Gainesville
Pros:

The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and efficient. The staff at the bar were also very friendly and welcoming. The food was surprisingly good and much better than expected, especially the fries. The beds were comfy too.

Pros:

Clean, modern property in a nice part of town. Restaurant, bar & convenience items on premises. Plenty of parking on site. Restaurants & shops within walking distance & others within a very short drive.
