El spa arruinó una estancia que prometía ser excelente

Desafortunadamente, este año nuestra experiencia no cumplió con las expectativas. Ya nos habíamos alojado en este hotel el año pasado y regresamos principalmente por su spa.
Al llegar, nos indicaron que debíamos reservar el acceso en la recepción del spa. Sin embargo, esperamos casi una hora porque no había nadie atendiendo. Finalmente, tuvimos que pedir ayuda en la recepción principal, donde la recepcionista Juana bajó de mala manera, encendió las instalaciones y nos reprochó no haber reservado, algo que era imposible ya que el spa estaba completamente desatendido.

Además, tuvimos que esperar más de 30 minutos para que el baño turco y el sauna calentaran (el sauna nunca alcanzó una temperatura adecuada). A pesar de ello, Juana entró varias veces señalando el reloj para exigirnos salir porque "la hora había terminado", cuando en realidad nunca pudimos disfrutar de una hora completa con el spa funcionando.
En otra ocasión, después de terminar de entrenar en el gimnasio, una recepcionista que también se desempeña como masajista nos hizo un comentario, a nuestro parecer, innecesario y despectivo, sugiriendo que debíamos ducharnos antes de entrar al spa. Evidentemente, nuestra intención era cambiarnos y ducharnos en los vestuarios antes de utilizar las instalaciones; en ningún momento pretendíamos entrar al spa sudados. Fue un comentario fuera de lugar que contribuyó a una sensación de poca amabilidad hacia los huéspedes.

Afortunadamente, otra recepcionista una  señora colombiana, fue siempre muy amable, empática y profesional. Incluso se disculpó por lo sucedido, intentando disculpar por lamala experiencia que habíamos tenido.
Es una lástima, porque el spa es el principal atractivo del hotel y fue la razón por la que regresamos.

Super friendly and helpful staff in a modern and stylish environment
Pros:

Clean spacious and modern - good sized fridge in the room - sunbeds and pool area clean - breakfast was good. Staff were all super friendly and helpful.
We only used the spa area to shower before leaving but it looked immaculate. Great location to walk to the beach and to get to les illetes.is a few minutes away by taxi. Easy walk into the town for restaurants and bars supermarket and bike/ moped rentals
