Cons:

The new staff is really unfriendly and rude. Manager( Amy) was so rude. The room was unclean with the bad smell. Somoking smell and bad food smell( like egg smell) was there. I informed the hotel receptionist and admin soon after I enter the room, but no one care about that. I asked them to give me a new room, but they declined it. I coudn't have a proper sleep at all. The previous managers and staff were pretty friendly here, but the new manager and staff was so rude.

Pros:

Good location to where we needed to go pat rafter arena, easy check in and out process, clean, value for money, nice staff, free water topped up each day, good size

Cons:

Bed wasnt comfortable and shower preassure not that great

Pros:

Staff made up the room each morning. It was wonderful coming back to the room being made up, towels were replaced and rubbish was emptied each day. The room was surprisingly soundproof also considering it was above a bar.

Cons:

There is no elevator in the building and there was a musty smell in the room. It smelled damp and the windows couldn't be opened.

Pros:

The bed was amazing, genuinely wanted to steal it. Drink voucher was amazing and got us one free drink each. Close to the bus. Staff were nice and friendly. Lots of parking spaces too, which is always helpful. I will definitely book here again. The sound from the pub below isn't too bad and could easily be covered up if you needed to.

The shower didn't get very hot, warm enough but not hot if you like it hot

good enough but can be improved.
Pros:

strong wifi, spacious room, desk and chair.

Cons:

Room smells of a dank alcohol odour. Bed was very smelly especially the duvet. Had to sleep with a mask on and use a bath towel to cover the upper part of the duvet.
No latch and no peephole on door. Sound of door trying to open 3x on the first night.

Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Good location just outside of CBD. Good for our one night stay. Easy parking.

Cons:

Bathroom not cleaned properly. Mould on Tiles and residue on shower walls. A sign that it has not been cleaned efficiently regularly. Towel hooks in bathroom would have been useful.Shower exhaust fan putrid with build up of dust. This uncleanliness makes the whole
room feel as if it has not been cleaned well.
Probably wouldn’t stay again due to it feeling and looking unclean.

Pros:

Place was clean and was close to a bottle shop and take away restaurants, large shower

Cons:

air conditioning didn't work properly, bathroom door must be closed to avoid smoke alarms from going off, cheap toilet seat, needed to fiddle with the tv to get sound, lots of noise from the road outside, people from the bar can see into your room and bathroom
