Loved it! Only there for one night, would have liked breakfast to go until 11 as we woke up at cut off time. That’s okay

Modern and tidy

Cons:

That breakfast cut off was at 10am , would’ve been nice to go until 11 - but we were exhausted parents enjoying our first night with no kids and we ended up sleeping until 10am and we paid for breakfast inclusive package. But that’s our fault, just an observation though. Stay was overall great!

I felt like I was home. That's a biggie for me because my home is everything to me so well done
Pros:

The staff were all exceptional. Friendly, welcoming and always smiling. I was very impressed by room service, choice of the full restaurant menu and fast service with piping hot food.

Cons:

Only milk pods in my room fridge, no snacks or drinks at all.

Excellent stay, close to everything I was in Auckland for! Lots of amenities and food places around!
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean

Cons:

Cleaning was on and off some days, inconsistent. The bathroom had an off sulphuric smell first thing in the morning when the fan is on. Also didn’t like the lower floors due to being sensitive to noise on the road. And no movie channels.
