I loved EVERYTHING about The Sebel Hotel. Loved our room soooo much ! We had our very own kitchenette with a dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, all of the lighting was amazing, loved our lamps, the beds were so comfortable and BIG. The shower was HUGE, you can dry yourself in the shower itself , that’s how big it is. The atmosphere was comfortable. We could see rainbows end from our view which was pretty at night with all the rides lit up. We also seen the planes going past.
The restaurant at the Sebel Hotel was absolutely delicious. I wish we ate there every night now. We had dinner on our last night there and I was kicking myself that we wasted our money at Valentines , when the food and staff were top tier at our own hotel. Told husband when the kids and I get back, I am taking him to Our Wellington Sebel Hotel to eat there as Auckland’s Sebel Hotel was the BEST experience !
Also thank you for having the Hotel trolley. Goodness me that made life so much easier lugging up all suitcases and other gear to our floor. I was dreading it until we came across it walking in , opposite the elevators. That was a blessing.

Great customer service and the food from Ora Bristos was delicious. My wife and I loved it so much.
We chose the studio room that came with a kettle, but did not know where to get the water from lol. Other than that, everything else was exceptional,....brilliant.
Upgraded my room due to size, to accommodate bridal party
The staff, all were open, friendly and eager to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed.
Only suggestions for improvement would be for easy chairs in the room. Apart from that, everything was really good.
