Cons:

Balkon Ausstattung mit unbequemen Stühlen, hartes Bett, Reinigung des Zimmers inkl Roomservice in 3 Etappen war störend für Privatsphäre.

The accommodation itself matched the description and the facilities were satisfactory. From that perspective, I have no major complaints. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly affected by the staff, who came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. Communication was not welcoming, and throughout my stay I did not feel comfortable or at ease when interacting with them. It is a pity that, despite delivering the services as advertised, the accommodation lacked a professional and hospitable approach toward guests.

Incredible hotel, loved our 2bdrm/2bthrm suite! Would stay again!
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and comfortable, and worked well for four adults. Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect (over 800 sq ft!)— 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, with a full oceanfront balcony. The rooms were quiet and I’m glad we stayed in this area (instead of Platja den Bossa, where it can get a bit too busy and loud). The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight — incredible views, great atmosphere, and some of the best food we had in Ibiza. Loved the free beach bags and hotel beach towel (both well made), plus he wonderful toiletries made in Paris. Wonderful mini bar and blackout drapes throughout. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, from arranging taxis to helping with restaurant reservations. The location was also excellent: easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and quick taxi to/from Ibiza Town (I’m sure it is walkable).

Cons:

It would have been helpful to have a shelf in the shower for toiletries, and the water leaked out onto the bathroom floor after finishing shower. But they were super minor compared to all of the incredible things the hotel had to offer. I still rate it a 10 out of 10 :)

It was a superb location and the hotel itself was very clean, and staff were excellent. Pool and food were fantastic.

Pros:

Beach front and walking distance to the city center.

Cons:

Bathroom is moldy and there were no hanging racks for towels. The price paid for the room was too high to have to deal with that sort of inconveniences.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
Pros:

We loved the location, being right on a sandy, swimmable beach, while still having 2 pools if we grew tired of the beach. The staff was exceptional and the views were breathtaking. We were able to walk to so many great spots, and the ferry to Formentera is right out front of resort. The breakfast spread had everything you could wish for and more. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Inizialmente tutto bene , ci dicono che la camera è pronta. Poi cambiano idea, poi ci lasciano ad aspettare senza motivo . Reclamo ma non c è nessun direttore. Rompono la nostra valigia e iniziano altre discussioni che non sto nemmeno a spiegare. Una vergogna . Incapacità di risoluzione e personale ostile. Evitate questo posto.
