Pros:

Central location. Restaurant and bar open late at night. Helpful stuff.

Cons:

Hotel is old. Pool was closed. Water dripped from the ventilation every day, and we had a huge wet puddle in the room every morning.

Hervorragendes Personal, gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis bei früher Buchung. Angenehmes Ambiente

Cons:

Komplizierte Lichtschalter Anordnung im Zimmer, leider war das Restaurant in Renovierung und der Pool in Revision.

Professionelles Personal, grosses, sauberes Zimmer, sehr recihhaltiges Frühstückbuffet, Fitnessraum sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle Lage - nur wenige Schritte von dem Hauptplatz entfernt

Cons:

Der Swimming Pool und eine Sauna waren ausser Betrieb (noch bis Ende Juli 2026, laut Mitarbeiter) - dadurch stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich nicht. Diese Information sollte bei der Buchung unbedingt angegeben sein. Wäre der Pool im Betrieb, wäre es für mich eine glatte 10.

Great location, lots of space and delicious breakfast. Needs to improve its cleaning.
Pros:

The hotel was very well located. The room was large and it had a great view of the city and its mountains. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Shower was so great!

Cons:

The facilities weren't super clean. It seems that the bathroom wasn't cleaned daily. Everything is super outdated/ old, and the dark colors mask how dirty the place actually is.

Cons:

Pool was not working during our stay. It seems it has been under refurbishment for a long while.. was due to open in April but clearly hasn't and this wasn't clearly noted on Booking.com that the pool was out of order. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool so it was disappointing.
Steam rooms also under refurbishment.
Air con in our room didn't work. The one bedside lamp didn't work and general lighting in room quite jarring.
Some of the breakfast (mainly the full English breakfast section) was cold every morning which was disappointing - cold sausages, hash brown, bacon etc isn't nice.
