Comfortable stay, but disappointing checkout experience
Pros:

Attentive staff, spacious rooms, adequate cleanliness, and comfortable beds.

Cons:

I was disappointed to be charged for the laundry bag I had used to store my dirty clothes, without any clear prior notice that it was a paid item. My dissatisfaction is not about the price itself, but the lack of transparency and the awkward way the situation was handled at checkout. Clearer communication would have avoided this unnecessary inconvenience.

Your young man first name tuvshu was so good, I had suffered a accident, hr contact Australia , stayed back in his own time to assist. This chap is a real asset to your company, I hope he is successful in life.

Cons:

My combs were removed, when I asked the house maid for a replacement nothing turned up.

Pros:

Location was great, breakfast was great. The front desk was very helpful and the rooms were really comfortable. For work, I had to visit a couple other hotels and I think Novotel had the best balance of value for service.

Cons:

The workout facilities are a little outdated but still very usable.

Comfortable, warm and professional hospitality- with thanks :-)
Pros:

The breakfast options were numerous and catered for all manner of tastes. Excellent! The only improvement would be to offer milk alternatives - lactosefree, almond or oat milk.
