My combs were removed, when I asked the house maid for a replacement nothing turned up.

Pros:

Location was great, breakfast was great. The front desk was very helpful and the rooms were really comfortable. For work, I had to visit a couple other hotels and I think Novotel had the best balance of value for service.

Cons:

The workout facilities are a little outdated but still very usable.

Pros:

The breakfast options were numerous and catered for all manner of tastes. Excellent! The only improvement would be to offer milk alternatives - lactosefree, almond or oat milk.

생과일이 든 조반 도시락

6시부터 제공되는 풍부한 조식, 도심 위치, 청결, 리셉션 요원의 친절한 서비스 등, 나무랄 데 없습니다. 자동으로 연동되는 카드 대신, 소지한 현금으로 대체 결제할 수 있도록 해달라는 요구사항을 예약 에이전시 확인 후 수용해 주었고, 이른 공항 도착을 위해 조기 퇴실하는 일행 모두에게 조반 도시락을 제공해 주었습니다.

Cons:

샌드위치는 훌륭했습니다만, 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 도시락에 포함된 생과일이 손질되지 않은 채였습니다. 공항 도착 후 도시락의 사과, 오렌지를 시식하자니 세척 여부를 알 수 없었고, 씨와 껍질이 그대로인 과일은 기내 반입도 안 되는 물품인지라 섭섭했습니다.

대체 도시락 정책에 있어서 가성비에 값할, 보다 섬세한 서비스 마인드가 요구됩니다.
