Gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Tolle Ausstattung (bequemes Bett, schönes kleines Bad, schönes Ambiente, alles sehr sauber), sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Zu wenig Parkplätze wenn das Hotel sehr gut besucht ist. Dann muss man in einer der Seitenstraßen parken.

Das Hotel würde ich wieder auswählen bei unserer nächsten Businessveranstaltung in Mannheim und weit
Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern, die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet mit chickem Mobiliar und passenden Hygieneartikeln im Bad. Sehr sauber und hervorragende Betten. Die Rezeption war ständig erreichbar und sehr freundlich und auskunftsbereit. Besonder gut hat uns die Bar mit der Bedienung und der Frühstücksraum im vorderen separaten Teil gefallen.

Cons:

Bei Anfahrt sollte man die Parkplatzeinfahrt besser ausschildern und da wir viele Besucher zum Kongress im Hotel waren, war der Parkplatz sehr begrenzt.

Cons:

The staff was taking all their time. It took them 40 mins to check in 4 people in front of me and to this day I’m waiting for my invoice even though I requested it in person during my stay and two times via email afterwards.

Ein paar Tage in Mannheim
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, gute Anbindung mit der Strassenbahn sowohl Richtung SAP Arena als auch zu Stadtzentrum und Hauptbahnhof. Sehr gutes Früstück mit grosser Auswahl.

Cons:

Preise in Restaurant/Bar vergleichsweise hoch.
