Si la ruta nos vuelve a llevar por Mannheim, sin duda volveremos!
Pros:

Como en nuestra anterior estancia, hemos encontrado unas instalaciones impecables y una atención y amabilidad constante, tanto por el personal de recepción, como en el comedor. Resulta muy agradable en conjunto.

Pros:

As part of our KUHP fire protection training in Mannheim, we stayed at the NH Hotel Mannheim. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was very positive. We felt very comfortable and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.


Im Rahmen unserer KUHP-Brandschutzschulung in Mannheim haben wir im NH Hotel Mannheim übernachtet. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet und boten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Personal war freundlich und der gesamte Aufenthalt verlief sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

De plus, notre chambre n’a pas été nettoyée et remise en place entre nos 2 nuits réservées
Nous sommes déçus au regard du prix payé …
Enfin, lors de notre départ, personne ne nous a demandé comment c’est passé le séjour : dommage

Schön für Kurz-Aufenthalt mit Luisenpark-Besuch
Pros:

zentrale Lage, Haltestelle Planetarium direkt vor der Tür und daher 10 Minuten zum HBF. Wir haben das Hotel wegen der guten Lage zum Luisenpark gewählt; nur 1 Haltestelle bzw. kurzer Fußweg. Gefallen hat außerdem: Kostenloser Kaffeeautomat im Foyer, geschmackvolle Einrichtung im Zimmer und Hotel insgesamt, gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, Restaurant/Bar mit guter Qualität.

Cons:

Am ersten Tag fehlte beim Frühstück der Hinweis auf Extra-Speisen (auf Bestellung) ganz, am zweiten Tag musste man dem Personal "nachlaufen", es wurde nicht proaktiv danach gefragt. Schön wäre es auch bei einer 3er-Belegung im Zimmer, wenn Gläser, Tassen und Co. direkt für 3 vorrätig wären. Auf Nachfrage wurde Nachlieferung versprochen, kam aber ebenfalls nicht an. Auch wurde das Schlafsofa-Bett vom Zimmerservice nicht gemacht. Abschließend noch der Hinweis, dass Lage nach vorn auch im 4. Stock leider Schlafen beim offenen Fenster wegen der Lautstärke verhindert.
