Because i have booked online and paid directly thats why they have several issues that leads to bad room provided to us in which shower wasn't working and for 2 days irrespective that whole hotel was vacant on 26/05/2026 and 27/05/2026 specially Miss Durga was the person for all this activity as she was annoyed by booking online.

I rarely feel compelled to leave a one-star review, but this stay genuinely warranted it — and management needs to hear this.
Let's start with the receptionist, Durga. Her attitude towards guests was flat-out rude. Dismissive, unwelcoming, and wholly unprofessional — she treated me as an inconvenience rather than the paying customers keeping this hotel in business. This alone is unacceptable, but it was only the beginning.
The room was in a shocking state of disrepair. There was absolutely no hot water at night — a fundamental basic — which left me unable to properly prepare for an early-morning flight, having to leave the hotel before 4 AM. The fan was broken, the switchboards were damaged to the point where my phone charger would not stay in the socket, and the window handles were so badly broken that I could not even lock my own room properly and noisy due to this and mosquitoes in the room.
This is not a matter of minor teething issues, this is a hotel failing its guests on every level: service, maintenance, safety, and basic human decency. I would strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere until there is serious, visible improvement. I will not be returning, and I will be sharing this experience as widely as possible.

Breakfast was ok , forget of hospitality except from few staff, no tea/coffee option , no hygiene.

Highly appreciate the FREE Airport Shuttle Service. Saved us some funds as we were on a tight budget.
BTW- the Chicken Biriyani I ordered for lunch from the A-la-carte Menu was reasonably priced and tasted SUPER. It was a lot BETTER than Dindugal.
1) I expected more choices for the breakfast buffet. No non veg items were available. Not even an egg.
2) Although there was AC and a fan, we still had lots of MOSQUITOES.
The only good thing is it's near to chennai airport.
There is no shops or restaurents near the hotel. Even Swiggy zomoto is a doubt in that location. And also in the restaurents menu only the basic foods they have. And also the room stay is very expensive Caz the size and ameneties in the room is very poor. I have pre booked the hotel otherwise I will gone to another location. The restaurent food is very very bad. Worst hotel stay in my life ever.
