L’emplacement et le personnel.
Les chambres étaient sans fenêtres, j’ai trouvé des cafards dans la salle de bain le lendemain matin, il n’y a pas de piscine mais une mare à pigeon sur le toit.
El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable, la habitación es amplia y el desayuno bueno, pero aquí acaba lo positivo, lo demás es muy deficiente. El hotel está muy viejo, con mala presencia, la piscina es de mentira, no tendrá ni 4*4 metros y está llena de palomas, no existe el anunciado gimnasio, sino 2 máquinas en una terraza al aire libre con muchísimo calor y que no probamos si funcionaban siquiera. Es un hotel que debió tener mucho encanto y que todavía conserva algo mágico, pero es difícil no fijarse en lo malo.
En general podemos resumir que el hotel necesita una profunda reforma para ser aceptable.
La ubicación porque está muy cerca de los lugares más recomendados históricos de la ciudad.
Habitación con muy poca o nada luz natural, falta mantenimiento a la instalación de grifería y además la chapa de la puerta no cerraba de manera adecuada.

Logement confortable, clim bien fonctionnelle, eau filtrée et café à disposition, bon petit déjeuner, arrivée flexible.

La ubicación es muy buena, la habitación era cómoda, con lo necesario para descansar, buen desayuno.
A veces el personal no era el más amable (con excepción de la señora del restaurante, ella es todo un amor), no estaba del todo limpio el hotel y faltan ocho por mejorar en la recepción.
El servicio en general nos encantó. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, y la estancia tranquila.
