Pros:

Very good location, you have small kitchenette with dishes,fridge and a sink.

Cons:

Broken window covers so light comes in. They did not bother to fix it though I asked. They barley have staff available and the attitude is very money-driven instead of service. To me it is overly priced

Functional
Pros:

It is a good enough place if your idea is to spend the night and move on. I arrived late, followed the instructions they provided to enter the building and get the key for my room and all worked out perfectly. The room was no-frills and a bit soulless, but perfectly clean and comfortable. The room had air-con. In the morning I just checked out and the guy at reception was very nice and offered a couple of good tips on where to have breakfast in Maribor.

Cons:

You need to know what it is: it's just a place to spend the night. If you expect something more upscale, you might be disappointed then. But as said, no complaints.

Super lokacija za vrijednost.
Pros:

Odlicna lokacija!
Nemaju svoj privatan parking, ali ispred hotela ima dovoljno parking mjesta uz naplatu.

Cons:

Nedovoljan izbor posuda. Nismo imali u cemu skuhati kavu.

Pros:

Parkplätze in der Straße vor dem Hotel sind kein Problem, allerdings gebührenpflichtig. Ich empfehle hier die EasyPark-App zu nutzen. Damit ist alles ganz einfach und flexibel. Mein Zimmer im Hotel war riesengroß und sauber. Und an diesem Tage unersetzliche: mit einer leistungsstarken Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Check-In war über eine Keybox schnell und einfach. Die wunderschöne Altstadt erreicht man vom Hotel in wenigen Fußminuten. Das Fußballstadion ebenfalls. Die Lage ist also nahezu perfekt!

Zeer slecht, onvriendelijk personeel, vuile, vieze kamer en speciaal badkamer!!!

Cons:

Ongelooflijk vuil !!! En slechte meubels en badkamer! Afvoer werkt niet.

Tja. Wir denken, dieses Hotel werden in Zukunft nie wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Buchen /akzeptieren sie Zimmer 08 nur dann, wenn sie mit extremen Schimmelbefall in der Dusche leben können - siehe Bilder.
Zugleich sollten sie unempfindlich gegen Dauerbrummen in der Küche sein - es war nicht der Kühlschrank, es kam irgendwie aus der Wand …
Und vergessen sie nicht Spülmittel, Küchentuch und Schwamm mitzunehmen, wenn sie die Küche außer zum Angucken nutzen wollen.

Pros:

Einfaches und günstiges Hotel

Einfach erreichbar (v. Bahnhof ca. 20 Geh-Min., per Rad 10),

perfekte Lage nahe altem Zentrum und Flusslände mit vielen Gaststätten,

wenn Rezeption unbesetzt liegt Zimmerschlüssel in Schließfach bereit (CODE wurde per Mail am Anreisetag zugesendet)
