We arrived at the hotel already exhausted, and honestly, the way we were welcomed didn’t help. . We then checked the room before completing the check-in and found that there was no hot water and the room felt very humid. Because of these issues, we decided not to stay.
What disappointed us even more was the staff’s reaction. Instead of trying to understand or assist us, they simply left and behaved as if they were angry with us for making that decision. The whole experience was very unpleasant and far from the welcome we expected.

Uno spiacevole inizio

Buona la posizione, vicina a negozi, attività e al mare. Il personale è molto gentile e la colazione, servita al tavolo, molto buona. La camera aveva buone dimensioni e il letto era comodo. Solo per questo do la sufficienza perchè l'esperienza al nostro arrivo era da voto 2

Ho prenotato una notte in più perchè l'arrivo del nostro aereo era alle 4 di mattino e volevo essere certa di avere la camera. L'early check in non era sicuro neanche a pagamento. A causa del ritardo abbiamo perso la coincidenza e siamo arrivati in hotel il giorno successivo (circa 3.30) avendo però avvisato la staff. Al nostro arrivo la reception era deserta e ad attenderci c'era l'addetto alla sicurezza che non parlava inglese. Faceva un caldo assurdo all'interno dell'hotel. Ci ha consegnato la chiave e siamo saliti in camera. Appena aperta la porta abbiamo trovato la camera completamente in disordine: letto sfatto, bagno in condizioni pessime. Siamo tornati dall'addetto alla sicurezza che ci ha detto di aprire un'altra camera con la stessa chiave, cosa che ovviamente non ha funzionato. Per la terza volta torniamo in reception e ci viene consegnata un'altra chiave al piano superiore. Camera con una temperatura altissima, non si respirava e l'aria condizionata era spenta. Ci sono volute alcune ore per avere una temperatura accettabile. La camera poi non era in buone condizioni, le veneziane in bamboo alle finestre erano rotte e filtrava la luce, il ventilatore sopra al letto aveva solo la massima velocità e oscillava in maniera preoccupante e nel bagno gli accessori erano tutti posticci. Sono convinta che non fosse la camera a noi riservata. Ero disposta a pagare una notte in più proprio per evitare qualsiasi disagio e poter andare a dormire subito considerando il lungo volo ma così non è stato. Al check out mi sono state addebitate solo due notti e ho pensato che fosse per compensare i disservizi ricevuti, invece mi hanno prontamente ricontattata per andare a saldare anche la notte non fatta. Mi hanno dato un voucher da spendere nel loro negozio di souvenir, che non mi sembra equo per la situazione che si è verificata.

L’accueil du personnel, la vue de la terrasse et la proximité avec la plage et des commerces et le service pour aller à l’aéroport

Les services sont cependant cher (petit déjeuner cher pour une qualité moyenne) le taxi pour aller à l’aéroport est cher aussi alors qu’un tuktuk prenait 2 fois moins cher

Pros:

Locatie. Je bent makkelijk lopend bij het strand, winkels en restaurants. Medewerkers waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lakens en handdoeken waren schoon. De kamer rook fris zonder allerlei parfum. Voldoende ruimte in de kamer voor je koffer, om te zitten en om je kleren en spullen op te bergen. Koffie en thee aanwezig op de kamer. Prima airco. Balkon met wasrek.

Cons:

Zwembadwater leek troebel en niet schoon. Ontbijt vonden we vrij simpel: sap, toast met ei en jam en koffie. We hadden graag wat fruit gelust. Er zaten wat vlekken op de deuren die je makkelijk kan wegpoetsen. Ook de prullenbak mag een keer schoongemaakt worden.
