Pros:

綺麗で内装のセンスが良い。スタッフは感じが良くとても丁寧。ウェルカムドリンクサービスが嬉しい。頼めば朝食(有料)が食べられるのはありがたい。基本的なアメニティがもらえて助かった。駅近で旧軽井沢までも歩いていける抜群のロケーション。

Cons:

ユニットバス・トイレがちょっと安っぽくて残念。後は完璧なホテルでした。

バスで移動したり、軽井沢駅周囲で買い物や食事に行くのに大変良かった。
Pros:

スタッフが親切であった。駅に近く、コンビニも近かった。部屋もきれいでセーフティボックスもあった。
価格的にリーズナブルであった。

Cons:

大浴場に行くには、室着を着ても良いとの紙がベットに置いてあった。大浴場は見つからないので、ないのでは？

Cons:

夜ごはんに寿司を買って（このホテルは夕食はやっていなかった）、醤油がなかったので、容器を持っていって少し入れてくださいとお願いしたら、用意してないとあしらわれた。

綺麗だったし、良かったと思います。
Pros:

ピアスを失くしてしまったので、連絡したら探してくれて見つけてくれて、着払いで送ってくれました。
大切にしていたものだったので、ありがたかったです。

Cons:

軽井沢に住んでいる友達の駐車（３０分くらい）を許可してくれなくて（空いていたのに）、お部屋も見せてもらえませんでした。
軽井沢に住んでいるので、お友達とかに紹介できるのに、何故？？って思いました。
