Excellent location to Glacier National Park. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Your “borrowing” policy is awesome. Thank you for the loaner bear spray!!!
My only suggestion is that at times breakfast was depleted and slow to be restocked. Also. someone should be consistently wiping down the stations and the tables.

Location was amazing. Room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. This was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to others.
i have stayed at like 5+ Marriotts now and this one had the most crappy and smallest ever rooms and kitchenette . This was a complete let down as with family my priority was a bigger kitchen whch i have seen in other places where same TownePlace Suites by Marriott are. May be this is too touristy of a place hence they want more people to be accommodated and make more profit

Staff missing from front desk upon arrival. Breakfast was mediocre - had to ask for utensils, ran out of coffee and breakfast selections. Check out staff not particularly friendly.
With the number of people staying there it was still quiet. Staff were all pleasant.
Hotel looks new and very clean and stylish. Comfortable beds, very helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. Breakfast was out early for us hikers and it has everything. Kitchens look complete but we did not use because it’s so close to Whitefish and we preferred to eat out. Pool area outside and very nice with bbq and fire pit. Clean pool and spa— spa surface was stained but always hot and clean. Giant maps of Glacier NP and staff ready with recommendations. So nice to come back to this relaxing place after a long day of hiking and site-seeing. Loved it and will definitely stay at a TownePlace again. City of Whitefish has a beautiful beach for swimming and boating. Just a few minutes up the road.
