Prima hotel voor een overnachting op doorreis
Pros:

Kamer was prima, bed lag goed. We hebben niet ontbeten, maar zag er goed en uitgebreid uit.

Cons:

Kosten voor parkeren waren hoog, 25 euro per nacht

Gut mit einfach umzusetzendem Optimierungspotential
Pros:

(Noch) Relativ neuwertige Ausstattung im modernen Design. Die Wände waren schon mit starken Abriebspuren übersät.

Gute Lage, um mit ÖPNV schnell nach Zürich Mitte zu kommen

Check in dauerte 2 zehn Minuten….
Personal am Empfang hinterließ nicht den kompetentesten Eindruck.
In unserem Zimmer stand ein (unbestelltes) Zusatzbett im Zimmer. Dafür war das Zimmer gar nicht ausgelegt und man musste es zusammenklappen und in die Ecke stellen. Ansonsten hätte man die Badezimmertür nicht schließen können….

Rezeption steht an erster Stelle, den Gast so viel als möglich bezahlen zu lassen.
Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem und sauber.

Cons:

Parkplätze vorhanden, aber sehr teuer CHF 25. Beim Check-In, wollte man uns unbedingt überreden dort zu parken obwohl wir der Dame gesagt haben das wir bereits außerhalb kostenfrei parken. Wir waren um 12 Uhr schon im Hotel, Check-In eigentlich erst ab 14 Uhr, daher gefragt ob einchecken schon möglich ist. Hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, das eine konnte man schon beziehen, das andere war noch nicht fertig. Obwohl ein Zimmer fertig war, was uns erstmal reichte, mussten wir trotzdem CHF 35 für early Check-In bezahlen. Hatten Fragen zur Umgebung, die uns die Dame an der Rezeption nicht beantworten konnte. Beim Check-Out haben wir dann einen Tisch gesehen, auf dem Unterlagen wie Reiseführer etc. lagen, genau das was wir gebraucht hätten. Vielleicht die Gäste das nächste Mal darauf hinweisen, wenn man schon keine Auskunft geben kann. Fazit: wir hatten das Gefühl, dass an der Rezeption an erster Stelle stand, den Gast soviel als möglich bezahlen zu lassen.

Pros:

Supermarkt und Sbahn 8min entfernt. 2 Haltestelle bis Zürich BHF.

Cons:

Kein Lüftung in Bad (!!!), Fensters nicht offenbar (kein Möglichkeit), pro Person nur 1x Handtuch in komische Größe (Bereite nur wie Gesicht Handtuch, Länge wie Badenhandtuch), absolut kein Möglichkeit für Nasse Handtuch aufhängen. Und natürlich kein 60cent Wasser in Zimmer.

Klimatizovaný odhlučněný pokoj. Pár metrů od vlaku do centra. Velmi moderní čtvrť.

Cons:

Oproti hotelům stejné sítě (např. Vídeň, Budapešt) byl pokoj ze starších let.
